They came out and fixed our problem that was caused due to a pipe leaking in the basement. They cleaned up all the carpeting and moved all the furniture. Checked all the drywall to make sure it was good. I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive. Listened to what I wanted done, asked me how I wanted to have it done (let me be the "subcontractor" for their skilled handymen), and completed the work within the timeline we set up. Very clean, neat and professional. Respectful and courteous. Extremely good quality work. I would employ this organization to do reapair work again and highly recommend them for your job!

We had experienced a kitchen fire so we were ready to get back into the kitchen ASAP. Swartz worked with us and the clean up company, and the insurance company to get things moving as quick as possible. Their kitchen designed was very helpful and got things moving quickly.Once the material arrived they confirmed the construction date and started promptly on that morning. One carpenter was in charge and did most of the work, he did have specialists come in and help with certain items. He would talk to us each evening when we came home and show us what was done and what would be next, and asked our opinions if he saw something he could improve upon from design. They were completed with the job in five days. Every day at the end of the day they cleaned everything up. When completed they made sure that everything was clean. There was one piece of counter top that was wrong, they installed it so we could use it and replaced it about a week later when the replacement came in. We did have a cabinet rollup door that malfunctioned and they came back to replace it. They guarantee their work for five years. We recently had a call from them asking if everything was OK and to let us know if we have problems with anything. We were thrilled with their service and work quality, and all of their employees were very courteous. We recommended them to my wife's brother for a kitchen remodel, and they were very happy with the job also.
