+ -1 moreJohn was very knowledgeable about the installation, he knew he would need to bring a cable with him, which he did. He had to go into the corner of our garage attic to get the line to put down the wall to be able to attach to the radio. At first the reception was better but not great and he went out to adjust the antenna direction and then the reception was great. He was easy to reach and answered the phone himself. I think the job took longer than he anticipated but he stuck to the agreed upon price. John is a hard worker but very pleasant, cheerful and very honest. I would recommend him for antennas and he also installs cameras for security in homes and businesses.
Description of Work: He installed an antenna for my husband's XM radio that was not getting good reception.
