Description of Work: DirectTV offers services that once u r a customer under contract , they will not back up nor service and if 1 of ur recievers fail u will have to pay to have it replaced or add their insurance that i that they typically do not tell u about in the beginning, and the Wildblue interenet that direct tv offers is a different company namely Exede or Viasat, and they say u will get 10 MB speed but ur lucky if u get half that in my opinion neither is worth the money u will spend to get rid of them or patch ur roof after their service

+ -1 moreWe live in a difficult area for satellite and the other major service couldn't do it and Dish was able to do the job for us. They made it work. The other provider in the area (one of the big companies) couldn't do it with their equipment and their technicians wouldn't get it cleared between the trees, but this network came out and their servicemen just did a real good job of making their system work to suit our needs. I would use them again in the future if need be.
Description of Work: We had a Satellite TV installed by Dish Network around the 1st of December.
