 + 1 moreCrew came to install central air in my home which previously didn't have central air at all. They also found a BAD gas leak in a line in the crawlspace under the house to my stove. They shut that line off and sent another crew the next morning to replace it. Both crews were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves even though they'd had to deal with mud and water in the SMALL, NARROW crawlspace given it's February and very cold!

Description of Work: was told we had first service truck out that day as we called as soon as they opened. They showed up at 2pm. We had ZERO heat and ZERO hot water. They also lied to my insurance company after they realized they lost our business

 + -1 moreI pre paid for service contract on my air conditioner and it was never performed. They have ripped me off twice now, and I should report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: Replaced guts in 2 toilets. I was quoted cost to be 250.00 but when the guy done the job charged me 350.00, charged 95.00 each for 2 flippers he put in that you can buy at Lowe's for 17.00. I drained and had toilets ready for him, and he charged for 2 hrs. Of service when he talked for 1 of them.

 + -1 moreContractor arrived early in AM. Negative comments regarding equipment, but installed per request. Did not wear foot protection and got carpet quite dirty/ muddy. Took all day, kind of slow and complained a lot. Upset wife by stating a hole had to be cut in a brand new furnace cover. Finished job, without hole, system does not work OK.
Description of Work: Installed existing A/C (outdoor) unit, lines, a-coil, t-stat and charged system with freon. Turned system on and verified operations.
