Description of Work: They tried to fix my dishwasher. charged me $200. then told me it was the fixed that it was actually the motor .. My dishwasher died 2 weeks later. My refrigerator they said that sensors were bad but plenty replacement the entire icemaker which after two weeks it started catching one ice in mechanism when I called they had zero plans to help,

Description of Work: Called to service washer. He in formed me the cost of repair would be as high as the cost to replae, then suggested a few models he sees less often. Not good news, but the news I needed to hear.

Description of Work: They were great! We did some troubleshooting prior to having a technician come out, and self-diagnosed the problem. However, we wanted to make sure the control board was the problem before ordering the part (several hundred dollars). That was the issue, so we paid the initial consultation fee and ordered the part ourselves. Replaced it and it still didn't work. The technician came back out and after doing some more troubleshooting, he got it to work. Didn't charge us again. I believe that's top-notch customer service. Definitely not wasting anyone's time or money. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: My dryer was not drying properly, and I knew the vents were clean. I called Mr. Appliance and they came the next day. They were punctual and professional. They quickly found the problem, had the part on the truck, and repaired it.

+ -1 moreDana (Mr. Appliance, "Appliance Specialist") had unmatched customer service skills. Very professional. My husband commented watching and listening to Dana was like watching a commercial. Dana took time to check and point out potential problems outside of the washing machine in our home. We were very impressed.
Description of Work: Washing machine was only three years old and not working. Thank goodness for extended warranties. A new control board had to be installed.
