I am Mike Warner, your Personal Handyman. I am doing property maintenance and home improvement work on various properties in Elida and Shawnee and thought I would introduce myself. I worked as a carpenter prior to going in the Army in 1984 and since getting out in 1994 have worked doing most phases of residential construction and remodeling including carpentry and electrical work. I am building a new business that specializes in the following areas: lawn mowing, landscaping, handyman chores and interior as well as exterior home improvements. We would like to offer you our complete property maintenance service that takes care of all your lawn mowing, snow removal and handyman chores. We have a Yearly Property Maintenance Program that we customize specifically with your needs in mind. After discussing your needs with you, we come up with a set price for the year and monthly payments, making it easier for you to budget. I would be happy to discuss this program with you and tailor our service for your exact needs.
