+ -1 moreA job that we were told would take 8 to 10 weeks took 9 months. 14 years later we have to redo our basement walls at a cost of $50,000.00 The contractor said he has no money to do the repairs and yet he is still working and screwing people like he did us.
Description of Work: Installed a basement under existing home.

+ 0 moreVERY SLOPPY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DID NOT DO ANYTHING THAT THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO DO AS SOON AS I GET PAPERS WILL FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM FOR ENTIRE AMOUNT OF CONTRACT
Description of Work: THESE PEOPLE ADVERTISED OVER 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE. NO ONE THAT SHOWED UP AT MY HOME WAS OVER 25 YEARS OLD THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX BASEMENT WALLS, AND FLOOR WATERPROOF AND PUT IN A SUMP PUMP AND DRAIN IN EACH ROOM OF BASEMENT. WHEN THEY GOT THERE THEY THREW MY WATERSOFTENER OUT IN THE MUD ALSO AN EXPENSIVE MANTEL MADE OF OAK RUINING BOTH. THEY DID NOT PUT A DRAIN IN THE LOWER SIDE OF THE BASEMENT CAUSING ANY WATER TO JUST STAND IN THAT AREA. THEY DID NOT PUT A SUMP PUMP AS ALL AND ALL THEY DID TO WATERPROOF WAS WHITE WASH THE WALLS ALL OF WHICH HAS PEALED OFF IN THE LAST 5 YEARS. MY BASEMENT IS FULL OF MOLD AND MILDEW AND WORTHLESS AS A LIVING SPACE OR A STORAGE SPACE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL
