The agreement to repair the above list was signed in September 2006, work wasn't completed until January 2007. The actual work was slow to get started and even slower to complete. The attitude overall was condescending. When the project was finally completed, and the issues discussed, they lied to put off resolving the issue. One issue was with the barn, the old barn roof paint was bleeding through the new roof paint, I was told they would come back when it was warmer and they would repaint. It never happened. Then a few months later one of the awnings that were replaced, fell off, I was told that there was no warranty on their work. Then, a year later, the section of the roof that they repaired blew off. When I called then, I was told "we told you when we repaired the roof that the sub roof was in a state of disrepair and needed to be replaced. There is no warranty"
Description of Work: Reglaze 1/8" clear glass for three windows Replace facia, metal soffit and awning Replace gutter and downspout Roof Repair on home and barn
