Don Snider Roofing, Insulation, Siding, & Gutters

Due to a storm we had what appeared to be minor roof damage. After receiving an online recommendation and noticing this company was on Angie's List and the BBB, I called Snider Roofing on 7/13/12 and was told a repairman would come July16 between noon and 5 pm to check the roof and make repairs for $249. However If major damage was found, they would send someone else to estimate the cost of replacing the roof. No one came on 7/16, so I called around noon the next day to see where the repairman was. About two hours later the repairman called and said he'd be out shortly. He checked the roof and said because the damage was minor, he could repair that and any other problems he saw. The bill came to $249, the same as the phone estimate, and there was no pressure to replace the roof. The repairman was extremely polite. My only complaint is that I didn't receive a call on 7/16 informing me the repairman wouldn't be coming that day after I had stayed home and waited for him.

Arrived on time, Don in one day 7:00 am-8:30 pm cleaned up when finished excellent job.

Randy gave me an estimate which was less than two others I had previous. So I awarded the contract to Don Snider and we agreed to a date of installation. Randy and crew of two came and in 2 1/2 hours was completely finished.

He gave us a quote, came did the job and cleaned up.

Repair was quick. As I ok'd the minimum charge of $90 on the initial phone call, the crew didn't have to return. Also, the crew inspected the rest of the siding and didn't find any other loose pieces.

I had called 4 roofing companies for quotes once water stains was noticed in an upstairs bedroom. Don Snider Roofing was hands down the best price for the material being used. I have to say, the material used was the same as another company that quoted a lot more for the same work. I called on a Friday afternoon for an estimate and Terry was out at our house by Wednesday to do the estimate. He even added gutter cleaning into the cost and it was still a competitive price!!! We decided to go with them and faxed the estimate agreement that following Saturday and the work was done by Tuesday! Not even one week from the estimate. Talk about quick turn around. We were amazed by the speed and ease to work with the company. We had noticed that the gutters were not cleaned after the ventilation was replaced, called and spoke to Angela and the crew was back out the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing replacements or repair! We will be calling Don Snider for our roofing needs in the future.

We received an excellent estimate. The roofers arrived on time and finished within the expected time. The clean up was complete. The owner visited to do the final inspection.

I called in and said I needed a new roof and they set up a day which was the next business day, the sales rep came out got up on the roof and did a measure then explained everything to me in great detail. A few days later I called the sales rep back and told asked a couple of questions which he answered and told him that I wanted to go with them for a new roof. He thanked me and told me to send the signed form in with the color of the shingle and they would get in touch. A few hours later Don Snyder called before I could send the form back in, Don Snyder called and got my color and ordered it and told me that they would be out two days later to install. The shingles were delivered the next day and the following day the installation crew arrived promptly and began working and installed the entire roof the same day and did a thorough clean up. The roof looks very nice, I called the office and the lady I spoke to there was also very nice and friendly and told me that Don would be out to do a walk around. What a pleasant experience.

He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and had necessary materials on hand. He was efficient and fixed the problem more than satisfactory.

He is an honest man that does good work and he charges a fair price for his work. He is a very good contractor.

Probably the best roofing contractor in the area. Employees, are always professional, polite and they clean up all debris. This is the forth year we have hired them.

They arrived on time. The work and the clean up was excellent.

Initial estimate went well. Job completed as scheduled, professional job. The owner of Don Snider Roofing was willing to negotiate the price.

When he said he would be here, he was here. The new roof looks good from the ground. Not sure about the price, I didn't get other quotes, but the price was per the estimate.

Came home, the work had been done and no mess was left behind. Good job! Thanks! Very professional job!

During a very windy and rainy storm we noticed a water spot in our upstairs bedroom. Don came out the next morning and found the chimney flashing had blown up allowing water to get under the shingles. The flashing was reinstalled and the gutters and downspouts were checked for blockage,

No one showed up or called. We have not heard from Don Snider Roofing.

Mr. Snider, was prompt in his response, honest, and knowledgeable.

Accepted quote approx 7/10 - lead to call to ask when they would arrive to do the job. Did the work in a clean, professional manner. No complaints.

Don Snider, the owner, was very professional, and on time. He even did some additional repairs to the chimney, and gutters. The workers were excellent, and worked very hard to finish on time. Was courteous and neat.

They did the work the same week that I called.We are happy with the job that they done.

This company accepted this job happily, even though three other companies declined because the job was too small. All the individuals I dealt with were very customer service oriented. They did a great job! Showed up when they said they would... they are the best!!

Mr. Don, from Don Snider Roofing, was great and returned all the calls in a timely manner.

They were prompt and worked till finished. My wife says that there is a warped area and they said it is because of the aging house. I don't know what to think.
