The work was completed in 1 day. The workers were very good, clean and efficient. Workers arrived at the home to start work at 0800 hours. Great.

Randy looked at the entire roof. Described the small repairs he could make (flashing touch up, a couple of bent shingles) and gave his overall opinion of the condition of the roof. Informed me that the roofing inspection for sale requires the roof to have 5 more years of life. He said ours was on the borderline. Recommended that we have the inspection for sale done to determine whether small repairs or a new roof were required. He offered to discuss this with the realtor if that would be helpful. I greatly appreciated Randy's honesty and knowledge. Will definitely call Don Snyder Roofing to have the roof done. Have used this company before and I have always liked the workers and the work they did.

I needed a crown coat on my chimney. I called one day and they came the very next day to do the work. They were quick, efficient, friendly and the work was done well. I also had them install a new roof in 2008 and was very pleased with the quality of work they do. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing or chimney needs.

only brush gutters first level, do not check down-spouts nor gutters from second level. I called several times and request a reason why the second level gutters were not inspected. Never receive a response.

The job went very well from the beginning to end. Randy came back 3 times to take measurements of 2 custom built skylights. Alex came with a crew to do the job. I watched them doing work. Alex had little trouble in figuring out how he will take out the old custom skylights & how he will install. But at the end, he figured out right. He came back with his crew on Sunday to finish the job. They did not hurry to just finish and leave. On Monday, Don Snider came himself and inspected the roof. Don reported that he was satisfied by the work done. I paid him in full. Don gave us 10 years warranty on the roof & skylights.

Don snider came out numerous times to investigate the problem. That happen several times prior to the last visit in May of 2013. Several times don snider came roofing dame out including the owner to derringer what the problem was. The finally determined and stated that the siding was installed incorrectly and that the flashing on the roof of the garage needed to be caulked. Repairers where made fixing the siding and caulking around the roof. Also, don snider made repairs to the drywall interior of the family room. I purposely did not paint walls to see if repairs worked. We'll after another storm, the problem still was not fixed. I began calling back don snider roofing again and then came out trying to figure out the problem. They came back and blamed the issue on the winds possibly above and told me to find a windor company. Now after still having issues I am getting second opinions and finding out that the siding was installed I correctly around the window which they did not point out which was contributing to the water getting in. Also, the instead of repairing the flashing on garage roof, all they did was try to fill a one inch gap with tons of caulk. Now I have rotting wood behind siding and possibly more issues. I am extremely angry that don snider did not uncover the issues, made Hal a** repairs that did not fix the issue and now I am faced with a bigger issue. I will never use them again or recommend their services. They did poor work and because of their shortcuts I have major repairs that are need.

My experience with the Don Snider Roofing company was not a positive one. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. Trying to get the work scheduled was a hassle--no response to attempts to schedule and long delays in returning calls or answering messages. The flashing around the windows had to be re-done three times because of poor workmanship. I finally had to get Don Snider himself to come out to inspect the work and his comment was that the person who does their siding work should have been the one sent out to do the job; rather than the two previous teams of workers. Really?? Then why wasn't this individual sent out to do the job in the first place!! I did not find Mr. Snider pleasant to work with; instead he was sarcastic and rude. When asked what day the worker would show up to re-do the flashing his response was..."why, you going to sit around and wait for him?" When asked by several of my neighbors about my experience I recommended they find someone else to do the job. I cannot give him a positive review on Angie's list.

As of 3:15 on 10/16, I did not receive a call so I called and was told that "mr. snider" would call be back in a few minutes. I called back at 4:45 to cancel due to no callback. I will not utilize a company that cannot respect their customers time.

From estimate to start of job timely. Work went as quickly as possible. Finished when they said they would. Clean up was well done. Polite crew.

Gutter replaced, end cap leaked a little and the came out and fixed it quickly.

From the time I first called, I knew it was a trustworthy company to do work with. 'Terry' came to inspect the roof and damage to my existing siding, and told me the roof still had some real good years left on it; I might want to just deal with siding and gutter issues for now. Very informative, no hard sell, and a very good price quote. I asked then how much to simply re-do the entire siding and guttering - he took time and quoted me exact figures. I went with the entire job. Always calls from the company office reviewing what would happen and when. I was VERY pleased, and when the job was finished, ALL materials were bundled and put out in front at the curb just as I had asked. Kind, thoughtful, and reassuring work crews - always willing to stop and answer questions, and very 'people-friendly'. I would recommend this company to ANYONE at ANYTIME.

It went as it should -- they came, they fixed and we are happy with results.

This was my second time working with Don Snider roofing. We had them fix a leak in 2007 and were so pleased that we did not hesitate to call them again.

Terry came out to do the estimate and answered our many questions patiently. He also found an additional problem we didn't know about (the pipe flange-None of the other estimates included that). Because of his patience, thoroughness and honesty we chose Don Snider Roofing to repair our roof and scheduled the repair on May 24th. Because of a lot of rain during the week, the office called and wanted to reschedule the job because the other jobs hadn't been completed. When we explained that there had been squirrels in the damaged area that we had gotten rid off, they rearranged things so they could come as scheduled. However when the crew arrived they determined they needed at least one extra person to do the job safely because of power lines that run across the backyard. They came on Saturday the 25th even though this was a holiday weekend and completed the job safely and quickly. The crew was really nice.

We've had a couple days of pretty heavy rains and no leak! Received a Thank You note a few days after the repair was complete. Overall a very pleasant experience

Overall experience very positive. Leaks hard to detect but Snider Roofing perservered.

I OBTAINED 5-6 ESTIMATES FROM ROOFERS OBTAINED FROM PHONE BOOK AND ANGIES LIST. I RESEARCHED THE QUESTIONS I HAD AFTER EACH ESTIMATE SO I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED DONE AND WHAT PRICE I WAS WILLING TO PAY. THE SIZE OF MY ROOF IS 21 SQUARES. I NEEDED A FEW BOARDS REPLACED AROUND THE CHIMNEY AND WANTED AN EXISTING POWER VENT REMOVED AND BOARDED OVER. DON INCLUDED THIS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE ALSO INFORMED AND EDUCATED ME OF A SHINGLE THAT WAS BETTER SUITED TO MY JOB WHICH WAS A ROOF OVER. THE WARRANTY WAS NOT AFFECTED BY THE FACT THAT HE WOULD BE GOING OVER AN EXISTING ROOF WHERE OTHER ESTIMATES WERE. DON CALLED ON A SUNDAY WHILE HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON AN ESTIMATE AND IF I WAS AVAILABLE HE COULD DO MY ESTIMATE EARLY. HE STOPPED BY AND QUOTED EVERYTHING I WANTED AT A PRICE THAT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OF THE OTHERS. I SIGNED FOR THE WORK AND BY WEDNESDAY I HAD A NEW ROOF. DON'S CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, THEY SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED AROUND 8:00 AM AND WERE CLEANING UP BY 4:00 PM. DON STOPPED BY THAT EVENING TO CHECK THE JOB AND TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I WOULD USE DON AGAIN AND I DEFINITELY WILL GIVE HIS NAME OUT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO NEED A ROOF.

Looks good. It should stay dry and have no further rotting. Thank You Only reason for a B in responsiveness is some how our ticket for the estimator got misplaced. We called the office after our appointment time was up. The lady in the office had the estimator call us back, and Terry was here within the half hour. We were happy with his estimate and signed iimediately. One week later the repair guys called and showed up shortly there after and completed the repair.

Snider Roofing was on time and completed the job in an efficient manner. Concern shingles laying down properly.

My house was supposed to go on the market on saturday. A windstorm had blown two pieces of siding off the side of my garage. My realtor recommended the company. They were very busy and said they could not get out to estimate the work until Monday. When I explained the urgency of the situation, they sent someone out. I was charged the "minimum" $249 service call. I feel it was horribly over priced for the less then 30 minutes it took one man to secure two pieces of siding. The work was done quickly and done well. I think they took advantage of my situation and overpriced.

Don Snider returned my call fast. he did the estimate in 2 days.the crew showed up much sooner than expected they did excellent work..they did more than expected .the price could'nt be beat.they were nice and professional and i ended up with beautiful new gutters.you should call them without reservation.
