Description of Work: I contacted company to receive estimate for tree trimming. I emailed once and called twice. I have never received a response from this company though they do service my area. The 3rd time I contacted the company it was confirmed that they did indeed have my contact information and request for tree trimming estimate.

I understand the frustration when a request is made a there isn't a reply. Sadly this has become common place throughout the business world. This is not how we want our reputation to be received. Although I do not know when the initial contact was made or the follow up inquiries for that matter, were made, We have followed up internally to make sure this seldom happens in the future. I cannot promise that something like this won't happen again, as in our busy times, we are overwhelmed occassionally with customer requests. Our tree care and our Arborist are highly thought of by our customers, as they have called, sent emails or notes with payments telling how please they have been with the work we have done. We will do our very best to always respond in a timely fashion, but depending upon the time and season this can fluctuate.

The company came out and did a yard analysis and price list. I was happy with everything. Contacted them after our vacation to start the work. No show. After multiple phone calls and promises to start work, they never did. Spoke to Supervisor Ben and President Gary. Gary has an attitude problem. Could care less his company fell down on the job and ruined what could have been a very good customer relationship with many referrals. We've had the same problem with Leisure Lawn but they at least showed up once and got paid. West Chester Lawn Care gets a big FAIL - for poor service and even worse attitude.

Sometimes, no matter what you try to do you just can't please everyone. Unfortunately, I think this is the case for this particular customer. We always try hard to go above and beyond for our customers, and have been successfully doing this for the last 29 years, many that are in the her neighborhood. We've grown from a small start up mowing contractor to a full service lawn care company, offering lawn treatments, aeration, renovation, landscaping, tree care by a certified arborist, commercial snow removal, and we continue to offer mowing services. Many customers have been with us for 25 plus years. We have an A+ rating with the BBB, are members of many trade orginizations; such as ONLA (Ohio Nursery and Landscape Assoc.), OLCA (Ohio Lawn Care Assoc.), ISA (International Society of Arborculture) to name a few that keep us up to date with the best practices for our industry. We look forward for an opportunity to show our quality service to future customers!

After being immensely frustrated over the years using both Trugreen/Chemlawn and Scotts for lawn service (by this I mean crabgrass prevention, aeration, grub control, fertilizer, etc.) I decided to give a local company a shot and I couldn't be happier. Prices are good and my lawn looks great (it's been a year since they started). Most importantly, unlike the others, they don't show up for unscheduled sprayings and then charge me and they don't hustle me for and quot;extrasand quot; that aren't in the original agreement.
