Excellent! Job was completed on time, the materials used were of highest quality and the cost was reasonable. Ray and his team were friendly and easy to work with. I expect I will be using this company for all of my future pool needs.

Splash replaced the pump motor on my inground pool after the old one died. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price, and I'm very happy with the work they did. I'll definitely call them again the next time I need pool service!

I’ve used a number of others in the Cincinnati area. I have a good basis of comparison. Ray and his company Splash Pool is my go to for all pool issues. I highly recommend him.

From start to finish, I was amazed at Ray’s workmanship and knowledge of swimming pools. I have never seen anyone be so thorough and precise as when he measured the pool, which is probably why the new liner fits like a glove. There is not one wrinkle in the entire pool, nor is the liner overstretched. It fits perfectly! Likewise, I have never seen this quality of workmanship on the actual installation. Ray clearly operates with a spirit of excellence and perfection, and he has the experience to deliver. The pool looks better than I have ever seen it. (And his price is very fair, too!) I could not be happier with my new liner, and I am happy to recommend Ray and Splash Swimming Pools for all of your pool needs. I was very blessed to have found him, and I'm sure you will be, too.

I contacted Ray because of all the excellent reviews he received on Angie's list. He said he didn't generally do jobs in Northern Ky because of the distance but he would for us. We're glad he did. Ray kept in contact with us during the whole process. Basically you have schedule early in order to get your liner installed once it gets warm enough to do it. I asked Ray so many questions and emailed him all the time. He never failed to respond one time. Night before install he came and put a pump in to pump out the pool, we asked that he run the house to the road so we wouldn't flood our neighbors yard. He said no problem. It was drained by the time we got home from work. Next morning his assistant showed up at 8am to remove the old liner. I forgot to ask his name but he was so polite and friendly. We had to leave to get a water meter and a fire hydrant hose, by the time we got back he had the liner out and neatly put in garbage bags. By a little after 10am Ray was there and the liner install started. They had that done but I think noon or 1, not sure which. They went to lunch while the fire hydrant filled the pool. They came back by 2 or so, did all the faceplates, step cut in etc. Our pool was filled by 4pm and looks like a brand new pool. I can't stop looking at it. I would recommend Ray to anyone that will listen to me. He doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need, He does great work and is the most polite person. Also he and his assistant put up with two old people basically watching them all day and talking to them because we had nothing better to do that day...lol Thanks Ray, we love this pool.

I wanted to add that a couple of weeks after, I noticed a small gap and Ray came out immediately and addressed the concern with no charge and again I was reassured of the amazing customer and quality of service.

When the pool is closed I don’t have to worry about it anymore. They have always been fairly priced. They do a wonderful job. It is very professionally done. They are very contentious people.

I called this provider because we could not get a firm date from another provider. Ray is very responsive and the pool did get opened but we had some issues that still needed to be addressed. This company would be good to use if you do not run into any issues but if you do have some issues, like we did, everything did not get resolved. Now we are going to have to get someone else to address the other things. I just like to get someone to come out and get everything done even if it costs a little more and actually will probably cost less in the end since you will not have to pay twice.

I used Splash because they were a little cheaper than their local competitors. However, that was before I found out they do not clean all the gunk out of the pool when they open it. So what initially saved me a few bucks ending up costing me so much more when I had to hire another company to come out and finish the job.

Good! Excellent! It was about a year ago. They were getting ready to use them. They are owned by Steel Wheel Solar. And we are getting ready to put in solar heating panels on our new home. We put those in about 2 years ago with Steel Wheel and we like them so much, we are going to use them again. They are very responsive, if you have an issue, they were right there. They are very ethical, I felt like their prices were very reasonable and I would definitely do business with them again. It was $50. I had them out and they are really with the problem of who install their pool, and the people who install the pool stand behind it, and did it basically for this difficult for the part they charge me for service charge. They were very fair. It is like I said, they are the same people that I used for the solar. They are owned by the same company. It is a different name. Let us say, they were more than fair.

Old pool liner was removed and replaced with a new one.we had some crumbling concrete decking which needed to be removed and replaced. everyone involved with this job was professional and punctual. extreme care was taken by all.
