+ 0 moreThis was a very easy experience for us . They told us and showed us what needed to be fixed we agreed on a fair price . Asked to see there insurance an bonds since it wasnt on the site. They provided original copies upon our request. I highly recommend to use there service. Also angies list should update there information regarding, bonds and insurance on sos. thanks for the great work. Will use yearly.

Came back the following day with equipment to fully investigate issue, and resolved it within a few hours. I was impressed with their professionalism, great communication, and quality of final work. I would use them again and would recommend SOS.

+ -1 moreSOS is the ONLY septic service I will use after trying to deal with others licensed to work on my mound system. They were short staffed, very busy and difficult to schedule, but when you're the best and most reliable in the area, you have to deal with things like that. They are knowledgeable and do the work well. If they can't they will refer you to someone who can. (the date and cost shown are estimated but close - if I find the receipt I will update it later)

Description of Work: Septic Tank Service: I had no idea where the tank opening could be found in my yard. It had been many years since it was serviced. They used a camera and located the opening of the tank. Pumped the tank, examined the tank and provided excellent feedback on it's future care and treatment. |I had experienced a tank pumping service before SOS's visit and when they couldn't find the tank they were not prepared with any additional equiptment and had to leave. On the other hand, SOS had all the equiptment with them and had pulled and re-installed the toilet (for camera access) run their camera, had detectors, flags and everything needed. The tank entrance was discovered over 30 inches deep in my back yard. They were able to go directly to it. They had it dug up, pumped, and in roughly an hour or so they were finished. No mess and the workers were all very polite.

Description of Work: Hamilton Cty red flagged my septic system. Chris and his knowledgeable crew are trying to repair my system so that I can obtain a "all clear" from Hamilton County; therefore, acquiring a valid permit.

Description of Work: Needed to find a septic tank and dry well. The crew from SOS located the line, dug 5 feet down to access it, ran camera and gps to locate each one and identified the exact location to dig to add a clean out to each. They refilled the original hole after adding a clean out. I will definitely use them to install riser when the surface work is ready.
