He was the cheapest and also had awesome quality. He was cheaper by, like, $1,000 by anyone else who wanted to do that section. It dried within a day. He told me he would be out and then he wasn't, and then he told me he would be out and then he wasn't. He finally came out.

The work was completed on time and communication with Matt went smoothly.

The initial installation was very well done and professional. It was also reasonably price. The work was completed in October. However, In January after only three months a crack formed across the width of the driveway pad in front of garage. The crack completely ran across the pad about 30 feet. I contact Matt (owner) and he was very apologetic and promised to come out when weather was good to repair the crack. I have send him multiple message, phone call and e-mails since April 2016. He has not responded at all. I would give him an F for customer service. We spent $ 15,000 for new driveway and within 3 months we had a major crack in wide portion of pad. He has completely ignored my requests after he promised to repair the crack.

The project took two days. On the first day they removed the bad concrete and prepared the spot for fresh concrete. On the second day the concrete was delivered and poured. They then finished it off. During both days it was very obvious that the guys doing the work knew what they were doing and were very professional in doing the work

Matt met with us twice to plan our new patio. We discussed several options of types of finish, regular, stamped, a variety of border options etc. Matt provided some great suggestions for a free form layout and then left it to us to use a garden hose to settle on a final plan. All the work was done in a neat and timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. Although I hope to not need a new patio or driveway for a long time, Matt would be the first person I would call if I had any concrete or other hardscape needs.

Hawkes was referred to us by friends who had used him. After we contacted Matt he was very prompt in scheduling a meeting to review what we wanted to accomplish. Provided several options for us to consider. Once we decided on what we wanted he provided a written estimate detailing exactly what was to be done. Worked with us on scheduling project to meet our requirements. Met with us on the first day before project was started to go over everything that was to be accomplished. Has knowledgeable crew. Complete process took three days and crew cleaned up every day before leaving.
