Joan came out and gave me an estimate promptly. She was very clear that it was possible that the wallpaper couldn't be made to lay down flat even when re-glued, because it was dry and a little brittle, but she would do her best. She also warned me that the only paste she thought would work was pretty expensive - about $30. I appreciated her honesty very much. Within two business days, Joan scheduled the work. She gave me a call the morning of the job to let me know when to expect her, which really helped me out. I can't believe the difference in the walls - she really did an awesome job. In addition, one room had much more paper lifting than she thought, and she didn't charge me any extra for the additional labor, although I offered to pay her more. She worked for about five hours very steadily and very carefully. She is personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. I've had a hard time finding a good wallpaper person since the one I trusted moved to Arizona. It's a real skill, and Joan did an outstanding job.
