 + -1 moreI put in an appt. online but he never showed up. When my husband called to inquire why he had not shown he advised that he did not know that an appt. was put in. He then came out right away and completed the work as indicated. Overall I will rate the service a B.

 + -1 moreHe is great. He is very timely and was very considerate of my time. He did a good job and I trusted him completely.
Description of Work: He came out to my home and replaced all of the locks so that the keys matched.

 + -1 moreHe did very good work in my opinion. He had to re-key one set and only charged me 10 bucks instead of 15. Job took 2 hours. I noticed a space between the front door lever and the door itself and pointed it out to him. He knew exactly what was causing it and remedied it in a few seconds. Overall I would hire him again, although in my opinion, he is expensive. Although I really don't know for sure the going rates for such work. Cost for the above was $160.00. Thats for his labor only. I supplied the parts. Another estimate I got over the phone from an older gentleman was for around $85.00, that is assuming he was precisely clear on what I wanted done, which I'm not really sure he was.
Description of Work: Installed 2 new deadbolts and replaced 2 old door knobs with new door levers and strike plates. His price was $160.00 for labor and service call. Materials were bought and supplied by me.
