Wall to Wall Home Inspection

I came across Scott as a result of my realtor's recommendation. They suggested several home inspectors, but he was their #1 based on the thoroughness of his inspections for their previous clients. I am very pleased to say that he was a great recommendation. Scott was extremely thorough with the entire inspection- in fact, the inspection took a fair amount longer time than he initially quoted me. As a result, he found multiple minor issues that we were able to have resolved by the buyer. Additionally, Scott was extremely informative in explaining every aspect of what he was doing to me. He made sure that I knew exactly what needed work in both the near and distant future. I highly recommend accompanying him during the inspection for this reason- his expertise is invaluable. Finally, he took pictures of everything... and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. That was something I really appreciated when I got his report back. It was very convenient to have pictures all of the details and issues of the house. I would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone who needs a home inspection, and I will definitely be utilizing him again should we ever move.

Wall to wall home inspections did a wonderful job. Scott showed up early to the inspection to get things set up. He explained everything that he was there to do and what he was looking for. I felt bad at one point because I was following him around looking over his shoulder trying to understand everything that he was looking at, but, he was very patient and explained everything as we were going through the house. He took pictures of everything and pointed things out that needed to be fix and how to do it. Scott emailed me his full report that evening! The report had detailed pictures and descriptions of everything that needed to be fixed or replaced. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Scott to anyone needing a quality home inspection.

Scott came out within a few days of our call and even arrange to have the radon inspected as well. He was very professional and thorough. Scott took his time to explain all the issues and make sure we understood everything he examined in house. I highly recommend his company.
