I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I regret not reading the reviews on Mike before moving forward with him! I started trying to coordinate with Mike at the end of June. He was very quick to come see what work needed completed, but was so "slammed" with work that it took him over a week and a reminder from me to get me my quote. I should have known then that this was not going to be a good experience. I immediately agreed to the quote and asked about availability. It took him 5 days to even look at his schedule (with reminders from me) when he told me he would look that initial night that I had agreed. I believe the only reason he finally got something on the calendar at this point was because I asked him if I needed to move forward with someone else since he didn't seem to have the time. Once again he was "slammed," but locked in a date and time- TWO WEEKS LATER. He told me all work would be completed that day by him and "two of his guys" and at this time I communicated again that 2 of the 3 tasks were a priority to me. Fast-forward two weeks and Mike was 30 minutes late. I texted him and asked when he was coming that day because I thought it was at 8AM. He quickly responded with excuses about his truck and his wife. If these were legitimate situations, he could have reached out to me first, instead he was planning to no show. When he texted to reschedule a week later, I was already seeking other quotes, but he seemed to be able to get to my job faster than other options and I rescheduled AGAIN. He misunderstood the week and it got postponed YET ANOTHER WEEK. FINALLY, 7 weeks after my initial quote/contact with Mike, the day rolls around where two of his guys make it to my house to complete 1 out of 3 jobs, which is also the lowest priority job (which if you're still with me, I said I communicated to him about the priorities from the get go). The guys proceeded to complete the work, making a complete mess, leaving the mess (dirt and debris all over my floors and in my cabinets, dirty water standing in my cabinets and in a bowl, and left half of the stuff out when I offered to move it and they declined) and leaving me with two projects left unfinished because Mike didn't have time to even tell me that he wasn't coming today. This "business" is a ridiculous joke. Don't waste your time.

Ms. [Member Name Removed], You are correct we were slammed with work and I informed you then it would be a bit before I could get your estimate to you and would be at least a month to get out to do the work and said then if you cant wait I understood, I scheduled the work over three days initially because drywall repairs involving the ceiling don't dry that fast and we were to match your texture so I have no clue about getting it done one day, thats a lie. Nick was in route to your job when he informed me the brakes in his van went out, I had it towed to Boyds Goodyear who replaced the brake line but i immediately informed you of what happened and we rescheduled and you got the date wrong because I sent you the screen shot of our text chain to confirm, that being said we showed up and proceeded with the 3 bathroom sink drains you wanted done first because they were leaking because your boyfriend tried to fix them and made them worse. In fact they were so corroded on we had to saw them off taking extra time to do so, the bowls of water etc and all the items from under the sinks you removed as per our request, the guys let me know you were rude to them when they told you we would have to come back for the ceiling repairs. You text me they left a mess but what you didnt know was they sent me a pic of your bathrooms before and it was that way when they arrived. We pride ourselves for being very clean even one of my guys offered to help clean and put things back, but you said you would take care of it because not everything is going back. When they left they called me and informed me how rude you were and you were not happy we didnt get everything done that day, I found you unreasonable, I credit your acct to zero and said it was on me. I then informed you to hire someone else. Submitted: 01/29/2024
