They were great, always on time, worked efficiently and very clean

The vents have like a rubber sleeve and he was replacing them. It was excellent work and he was very pleasent and helpful.

The attic fans are working fine. There was an issue with one of them and my husband had to rewire it. But I am not sure if it was necessarily their fault. It was a small job. The service was fine.

Bad. Nasty woman.

Ron was one of 4 estimates we got. He was personable and knowledgeable. His estimate was "in the ball park" and he offered to replace some items that others were just going to paint. His work crew was a hard working group, no time wasted. They hand carried two layers of old roofing to the edge and threw it into a trailer to eliminate a lot of the mess. They did other items, such as roofing a bay window we had not even discussed. They covered plants and protected other areas. They came back the next day to finish cleaning up and removed all the trash. We were very satisfied and would recommend them.

They did a wonderful job and did a great clean up after the job. Then we had a storm the following year and they came over and they came out did the same thing all over again. They were very good and very thorough. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were very punctual and got it done within the promised time. Their price was competitive.

ROTEN ROOFING WAS THE CONTRACTOR OUR BUILDER USED FOR OUR COMMERCIAL BUILDING. A HOLE IN THE ROOF AND THE GUTTER WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN THE TREE ROLLED DOWN THE ROOF. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT I OWNED THE BUILDING NOW AND TO CALL ME NOT THE ORIGINAL BUILDER. RON, THE OWNER, CALLED THE BUILDER BACK (NEVER ME AS I INSTRUCTED) AND IT WAS A TOTAL FLUKE THAT THE BUILDER TOLD ME RON WAS COMING TO FIX THE ROOF. RON FIXED THE HOLE AND INSTALLED A NEW GUTTER THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. HOWEVER, SOME OF THE WOOD THE GUTTER WAS ATTACHED TO HAD BEEN RIPPED AWAY FROM THE REST OF THE WOOD. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE GUTTER AND SAW THE WOOD STILL SPLIT AND HANGING, HE SAID HE DIDN'T SEE THAT AND 'HE DIDN'T DO WOOD!' I DIDN'T EXPECT HIM TO CAULK, PRIME, AND PAINT THE WOOD BUT I DID EXPECT HE'D NAIL THE WOOD BACK UP BEFORE INSTALLING A NEW GUTTER! I HAD CREATIVE TOUCH DECORATING FIX IT!
