Description of Work: RNM has been our go-to source for pool supplies and services for many years. Every year they open and close my in ground pool. This year I needed a new pump motor - RNM came to the rescue. No nonsense, honest service. I would have no other.

 + -1 moreReceived ine of their mailers in my mail this spring. So I called in June & left info for a return call for an estimate on new vinyl pool liner. Never returned the call. Called again. No return call. If a business is going to send mail, they should to a request or stop sending junk mail.

 + 0 moreDick and his team are second to none. Dick wants you to be happy. Right from the get-go we knew we would hire him. The pool was put in with no real hiccups and we LOVE it. We have had a great relationship with he and his team since. We go weekly to get our water checked and we use RNM for the opening and closing of our pool since it was built. They are great people!

 + -1 moreIt was probably a big job. We had used him in the past and he had actually built the pool many, many years ago. Dick Mallory is the owner and he usually does most of the work himself. I really do like him. He does quality work within a reasonable time limit. He's pretty fair in terms of pricing. We didn't shop around a lot either.
Description of Work: We used the services of RNM Pool Supply & Services towards the end of June and beginning of July as we needed a new liner put in our pool. He removed the old vinyl liner and installed the new vinyl liner as well. He also replaced some structure around the top of the pool.

 + -1 moreHe built the swimming pool for us twenty years ago. I have known him for long time. He and his daughter take care of the business. I had called him for an estimate in October for the vinyl liner but he was very expensive and it was about $56000. It seemed that he was an expert in swimming pool so we kept on using him. In the past their service was good. The only time I didn't like him was that he didn't call me back for three weeks after I had called him for three times for the estimate. I would rate him high overall. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used RNM Pool Supply & Services for pool and Spa services. The last time I used him was in May last year for the service. He takes care of our pool for nineteen years.

 + -1 moreMr Mallory is a pool expert. He is nothing but professional , friendly and great to work with. He is flexible with meetings and goes above and beyond to make you happy. This is one business where the customer truly does come first. We would without hesitation recommend RNM pools for anyone considering purchasing a pool in the future.
Description of Work: Right from our initial consultation we knew we were going to have Mr Mallory build our pool. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and we knew the positive referral to him was dead on! Everyone working on our pool was friendly, professional, and extremely hard working. Dick has been a great source of knowledge for us being we are first time pool builders. He also has referred us to a gentleman to install the fence and working with him is a pleasure also. Dick surrounds himself with people who do quality work and it makes a huge difference. We had heard some real horror stories about new pool installs but none here! We had Jack L Woods Co Inc do the plumbing work for the heater and everyone there was awesome also.

 + -1 moreVery prompt service. The filter stopped running on Saturday afternoon. RNM Pools owner Dick Mallory personally stopped by on Sunday morning to investigate the problem. He diagnosed the problem, retrieved a new motor from his shop and proceeded to install the new motor himself so that our pool would be up and running as soon as possible. Incredible commitment to customer service and satisfaction. RNM demonstrates the desire to partner with you in obtaining satisfaction from your pool experience.
Description of Work: Replaced pump motor. Provided education regarding maintenance and operation.

 + -1 moreRNM has provided our pool service and supply needs for the past three years and we have never been disappointed. Once you are their customer, they respond to you quickly and pleasantly. One evening when I called to put a message on their answering machine about our pump problem, Dick Mallory answered the phone, got in his truck and was at my house within 30 minutes installing a new motor! We wouldn't think of using anyone else. Good people!
Description of Work: RNM staff "opened" our pool getting it ready for summer use by removing the cover, adding the necessary chemicals etc. This year we also needed a new pump motor and heater thermostat which they also installed.

 + -1 moreRNM and Dick Mallory have been great to work with. Dick is very experienced and has lots of useful tips for less experienced pool owners. They do a great job opening and closing our pool each year. The new vinyl liner looks great and was put in 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
Description of Work: Had Dick Mallory install a new vinyl pool liner in our in-ground pool. We also use him to open and close the pool each year.

 + -1 moreRNM INSTALLED OUR POOL 10 YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM TO OPEN AND CLOSE OUR IN-GROUND POOL. THEY ADD CHEMICALS TO WINTERIZE THE PIPES, SHUT ALL THE EQUIPMENT OFF AND INSTALL THE COVER FOR THE WINTER.
