The husband and wife work together and very pleasant and helpful. We eventually decided to stay where we were.

Ric and crew removed walls, moved plumbing to add an extra vanity, and added a window to completely renovate our master bath. We had a small space and we told Ric we wanted 2 sinks. He found a way to make it work and it looks incredible. We changed a few things after they started work, and added a few things, but they were very accommodating and made it look exactly the way we wanted. We can't wait for them to get started on the kitchen and I'm sure our dog will be happy to have them back too.

They were confident on how the problem will be addressed.

It was a great experience. Rick was very professional and easy to work with. He also did a great job dealing with insurance on my behalf. In doing so he saved me $5700.

Both rooms came out great! The office was basic framing, electric, lighting, wallboarding and painting with a custom cabinet/book case added. The wine room had a lot more custom carpentry with amazing library paneled ceiling and walls and special cabinet area for a white wine frig and HVAC unit. The room is absoultely stunning! Ric and his entire crew were courtious and professional throughout the project and very skilled at their trade. While I created the overall design of both rooms, Ric and his Team had great suggestions on both rooms, most notably doing the library panels in the wine room. While all remodeling projects in your home are an imposition on your everyday life, Ric and his Team worked hard to minimize the inconvenience.

I called RLG to see if they could replace the sub floor and get rid of the black mold. I explained that my kitchen and bathroom had been torn up and left that way. The gentleman I talked to said that he would come out at 3:00 and check on what needed to be done. He arrived one hour early!. He checked over the floors and determined that there was no black mold. We asked him if he could talk to the flooring company and explain what he found. He was nice enough to do that. We were so impressed with his honesty that we asked if he were available to lay down our floor. He knew that we were in a hurry to get in down and explained that his schedule right now did not permit him to do that. However, next time I have a need for a contractor, this will be the company I call.

The roof needed repaired, structural frames needed replaced and the porch soffit needed rebuilt.

Ric is trustworthy and very easy to work with. There were several times when he ate the cost of something because he hadn't properly anticipated it in his bid. I also hired Ric to complete a minor floor repair on another facility, which he did for a lower cost than I was otherwise quoted. He does quality work, but is very mindful of staying within your budget. He made a complicated project much easier for me than I anticipated. I would recommend Ric and RLG Development to anyone.

Ric was prompt with his estimates. His prices were fair. Scott and Mike who did a bulk of the work were professional and skilled. The job took longer than I thought, but that was because the city of Gahanna was extremely slow with inspections (not Ric's fault). Overall, I was very pleased with the work and would hire again.

As previously mentioned, Ric helped us from the very beginning. We had difficulty with the architect and Ric worked to make sure that even without him (the architect), our building was completed in a timely fashion and to our specifications and desires. This felt like a major accomplishment in itself! We trusted Ric and he met with us frequently and spoke honestly. Our building was ready on the date promised (how often does that happen?). The building came in at budget, with no unexpected charges or fees, another major accomplishment. I have been involved with MANY building projects and this one was the easiest and most pleasant, by far. Ric delivers what he promises! RLG continues to provide assistance and services our building when any problems arise (even when those problems have nothing to do with the construction of the building). We call them first because we know they will help get us to the right people and provide assistance if there is anything at all they can do to help. Ric and Lori are great to work with and wonderful people. Highest recommendation!

Completed project in a timely manner. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The company was very professional, gave suggestions throughout the entire project.. They explained each phase of the project in detail, what would be done and how long each phase would take. Their communication was outstanding always making sure I was happy with their work. They were willing to change something if need be, with no extra cost to me. I felt very comfortable leaving my home while the work was being done.. They were organized, very neat and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I have already referred them to family and friends.

The whole experience went a lot smoother than I ever thought possible. We hired RLG Development, LLC to replace our roof in May of 2012 and within 4 days we had a new roof. They removed the old roof and had a new roof on the same day! I was worried that my home would not have a roof for 4 or 5 days and that a rain storm might pop up and cause a lot of damage but the crew they had was excelent and worked hard and replaced it in one day. After the clean-up I didn't find one nail! We were so pleased that we had RLG quote our basement. They just finished and I am equally pleased with how the basement finish turned out. Thank you RLG I would recommend you to anyone.

After our bathroom walls, yes both bathrooms master and main, tile started falling off the walls we called RLG Development. Ric was wonderful to work with. After determining that we had water damage, he advised us to call the insurance company. After the adjuster came out it was determined that our roof had damage as well. Ric made the whole process with the insurance company and adjuster so easy and bearable. Well the roof was stripped and replaced within hours, and you know I never found any nails out in the yard, amazing! Very efficient and very well done. The bathroom walls were stripped down and then new drywall and tile went up. Ric was very helpful with the surround tub tile and I was glad I took his advice as the surround tub looks amazing. (We couldn't do the shower and not match the tub right?) The tile floor was put down last and looks great. Ric was very accommodating and clean, and at least one bathroom was always available to use. I would definately refer RLG Development to everyone I know.

After receiving another bid, we chose RLG Development to complete our master bath remodel. They did a very nice job for us, and were very accommodating as we changed our minds on a few occasions! They also discovered some additional work to be performed that enhanced the shower area due to some damage to the existing backerboard and tub surround. I felt they didn't try to gouge me with the extra costs, and were also willing to do a couple of minor jobs I requested around the house. Their experience goes beyond just bathrooms. We had an issue with the wood around the mirror; they came back and fixed it with no questions asked. I would recommend RLG to anyone.

I originally hired a different company to instal crown moldiong, chair rail, and paint dinning room. Unfortunately after only 2 days of work, they stopped showing up. Apparently they had a "bigger job" that was more important. My neighbor then recommended RLG Development. Who she recently used. What a day and night difference between the two companies. RLG was very professional and easy to work with. After finishing the dinning room, I rehired to replace my front porch slate tiles with pavers. Looks great! I've received tons of compliments from my neighbor's and friends. Would highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the results. They have an excellent attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with them on the project and everything looks great.
