Ohio Mulch

They said they would call the day before delivery with approximate time. They did not and they did not deliver on the day promised. I called the next morning and was told it would be here by noon. It came at about 4:00 P.M and although instructions were to place bags on the grass, they set the skid set on the driveway. I was never told delivery would be on a skid, and now I am stuck with it. I called twice asking them to pick it up, and although they said they would work something out, they never called back. On the third try they told us the skid was ours and we are now trying to figure out how to dispose of it. Buyer be aware - if they deliver, it will be on a skid that is the buyers responsibility.

Arrived at the facility, they were very helpful in choosing the right mulch and the guys loaded the mulch into the back of my truck. (I bought bulk)

They delivered on schedule and to the location I asked them to place it. Some of the mulch pieces were larger than I expected after discussing it on the phone.

I've used this company before and their mulch is pretty good. We have always ordered online because it is more convenient. Filled out the online form and purchased mulch. Got home and had a message on our machine that the mulch pricing has changed, they wanted to let us know and they "would go ahead and run it through" on our credit card. Had to call back for an explanation about the price going up significantly and why it was advertised differently. All we were told was "it hasn't changed yet". Canceled my order and went elsewhere. The people were not very professional on the phone and I recommend not ordering from them online so you know what you are going to pay.

WE PURCHASED 8 YARDS OF MULCH FROM THIS COMPANY, AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO OUR HOME. THE FIRST TRUCK CAME ON TIME, BUT WITH THE WRONG TYPE OF MULCH. HE LEFT IN SUCH A HURRY THAT HE HIT OUR MAILBOX WHILE BACKING OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY. HE DIDN'T KNOCK IT OVER, BUT IT CRACKED THE BASE. A DIFFERENT DRIVER ARRIVED WITH THE CORRECT MULCH. THE MULCH WAS LOW QUALITY WITH A LOT OF LARGE CHUNKS, AND THEREFORE, SEEMED OVERPRICED. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY FOR THE HIT MAILBOX, AND A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER WE WATCHED OUR NEIGHBORS SEND A TRUCK FROM THE SAME PLACE BACK BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT BROUGHT WHAT THEY HAD ORDERED.
