Grant Wagner (owner) was great!!! Pricing was incredible. Our idea was presented to 3 different landscape companies. Grant's bid came in the cheapest by ALMOST HALF. Environmental Management Services bid came in at $57,000....then 2 weeks later, we were called by EMS and they informed us that they needed to come back out to our home to redo the estimate. Their previous employee was bidding too low and had been fired. The new estimate.... $72,000. Bottom line, Grant is incredible. He worked with us and was very patient and accomodating. He was there everyday and getting his hands dirty and runs a very tight ship. He is a hard worker! Also, he does NOT mark up his cost/price for materials. You get HIS pricing. I met him at several locations and paid at the counter his contractor price. (Yes! The total price of the project included materials....- land scape lighting.) At the end of the project he says, "If you get any low spots in your patio, let me. I'll fix it." I honestly expected shifting, as I would with any paver project, but still no low spots or shifting. Outstanding workmanship. If anyone is interested in photos, ask Grant, and I would be glad to send them to him to share with you.

Recommended and planted tree, bushes and plants. Committed to time frame and price and delivered as promised. We were thrilled with their work!

Fabulous! The workers arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up as they went.

Grant worked with us on our ideas, made some suggestions and provided us with a sketch prior to the work that incorporated all of our final plans. And, of course, he provided an estimate. We felt comfortable with the pricing and the work followed. The work was done in the spring of 2010 and it was very rainy. So, that delayed the project by a week or two but that wasn't Grant's fault. Grant used a couple of helpers during the project. Oak Creek Landscaping does not have the high overhead that many similar companies have and that makes the company very price competitive. Plus, he uses legal American workers (as it should be). The final result was amazing. Grant was easy to work with, very professional, and the work was high quality. We could not be more pleased.

We spent $3500 on that service. Grant is the owner of the company and he is wonderful. He envisions what it should look like and tells us, but it is always better when it is completed. He does a great job and he improvises when he is doing the work and it always turns out great. They provided the plants for the work they did in June.

I found them through some friends. The work turned out great. Everything that they did was very professional. I would recommend them. I have been satisfied with the end result.
