+ -1 moreInitially went well, but the company is very disorganized. I felt like we were constantly checking to make sure things were done correctly. The sales side of things went well, but as soon as construction started, it was crazy. We were promised many things that seem to be forgotten. I got tired of asking and bugging them, so I eventually gave up. If we made too many changes I felt like we were bothering them. I am happy with the quality of the house, but the process was terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of other builders that are good quality as well. I know you run into some of the same problems with other builders, but there has to be someone out there that is organized.
