Work was completed successfully, friendly tech. I thought it went a little slowly, an hour or so for each fan when the ceiling was pre-wired. Thorough job, tested everything to ensure it was working properly, and had me test as well. Overall I was pleased with the service. Slight miscommunication about appointment, original plan was for Friday and actual ended up being on Thursday.

Horrible..After numerous telephone calls, texts and emails, Trey took over a wk for him to reply. We finally scheduled a time for Mon, Oct 15th at 5. He did not show up or call. At that point I started looking for another contractor. However, he called the next day and apologized and said their computers were down. He scheduled another mtg for 5 o’clock Tues. Again, he did not show or call....We are no longer interested in using this company. We are in contact with Brainard’s Woodworking and Emerald Handyman Ser. Hopefully, one of these pros will help us.

Initial contact required using the website contact page. Once scheduled Dave showed up on time and completed on schedule. Very happy with the materials quality. Very competitive on price compared to two other companies invited to provide estimates.

Great. They were on time and worked quickly. Very happy with how everything looks.

Prompt response and availability. Technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. Gave us the pros and cons of adding a ceiling fan in a room that currently has no central lighting. We opted not to add that fan. Very happy with the work that was done and will use again.

Job well done. Let me know when they were on their way and when the job was finished. Fixed the gutter problem.

Everything went ok. I was able to get an app't. the day after I first called as they were open due to weather. Chris arrived within the time designated. He was very professional and was able to complete the jobs within 2 hours. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the price. I would recommend if you have a list of "to do's".

As a small Interior Design Studio I have high expectations for the people who enter my clients homes and bring my projects to life. My Handyman was referred to me by a colleague and I couldn't have been more delighted! Not only is Trent extremely organized and efficient with his projects but as fast as they moved they never once cut corners! All of the crew was wonderful and very good at what they do. I've already hired them for another job and am looking forward to many more projects with them!

Richard was prompt, courteous and cleaned up when he was done. He was very skilled at all of the repairs that we requested to be done.

I hired My Handyman to remove my carpet and replace it with laminate and to replace a ceiling light with a ceiling fan. They did fantastic work! They did the entire job in two days and it all looks fantastic. Everyone I worked with at the company was friendly and professional. I am looking forward to hiring them to do more work in my house!

I had a great experience with MyHandyMan. Great turn around in terms of getting services scheduled and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall price. My service provider, Richard, worked with great efficiency and expertise in managing my "to do list." I really appreciate his help and the quality of the repairs in my condo. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

My Handyman promptly responded to my request and answered all of my questions. Their estimate for the work was lower than all other competitors I'd contacted and they got me on the schedule right away. Entire job was completed in less than a week, including a quick one-day turnaround when I requested that the fence be extended a few more feet. It turned out great. I'm definitely keeping My Handyman in mind for other projects.

We had a list of several jobs needing completion - mainly to spruce up and upgrade/improve the look of a few rooms in the house. James was efficient and did spectacular work - we couldn't have been happier! We have multiple houses in the family needing upgrades/improvements, and will definitely hire James again, and would recommend him to others. And, Handyman Matters' quote was less than half the amount quoted by another contractor, and less than one-third quoted by another. James and Handyman Matters were definitely the best value for the price and quality work.

I have a very high ceiling in my loft area in which I had ceiling fans installed also in my den. These fans were quite heavy it was not an issue for them they were clean friendly and prompt and Luke‘s Ackley what they were doing, straight forward and honest

I hired My Handyman to help with a water leakage problem in my bi-level home. They came out promptly to diagnose the problem and provided a reasonable estimate. Within a week they had replaced my patio door and the rotted floorboards underneath. They kept me updated and did the work exactly as promised. Reliable and trustworthy. Cleaned up afterwards. I am thrilled with the results so far and would recommend Trey and his staff for your home project. I will use them again for future projects.

Management did not discuss scope of project to the technician so they had to do rework to get the job done correctly. Overal Work was okay.

The tech called when he was 15 minutes out and when he left the fireplace was working.

Service was great, they treated my place like their own. They went over multiple repair options while showing me what needed done for each option. They went the extra mile and made sure water damage didn't extend past the patio door area. They had to remove the deck header board to install proper drainage and flashing to my deck. Richard gave great advice, they were prompt, complete and respectful, I would use them again.

We were happy with the repair and happy that Trey was willing to work with us to resolve the problem that had caused the ceiling damage. There was a little miscommunication near the end of the process that I think was a result of technician problems, but finally we got everything settled and the repairs were done. The ceiling looks good and no leaks!

When another company didn't even get back to me with a quote-I called My Handyman. Got a quote the evening of the day we met with them. They are on-time, do quality work, kept me informed all along the way, they even cleaned up after themselves. They weren't even pushy and didn't try to talk us into something larger or replacing something that just needs fixed not replaced like most companies like this would do. It's hard to find companies like this one. I am already on the next project with them and my in-laws are getting a quote for work. They live behind us and watched them work and were impressed, so they asked for their card. I plan on using them for all my handyman needs. So glad to have found them

It went very well. Trey was very responsive and professional. They were able to do our 2.5 day job not long after contacted them. We never met the guy who did the work, Emerson, but our tenants said he was a very nice guy and he did a good job of responding to our communications. He did what was needed, plus found some other issues that needed to be addressed and took care of those appropriately. They didn't try to up-sell us or take advantage of the fact that we weren't right there at the job site. All in all we were pleased. We'll be contacting them again soon to do the tub redo in the same bathroom.

Amazing! My Handyman is the real deal!! I love this service. I needed someone to hang a chandelier from a 20 foot ceiling. My Handyman sent a guy that had 20 years experience doing a little bit of everything and he was awesome! He made easy work of bringing in his 16 ft ladder and getting right too it. So efficient that what I thought would take 2 hours only took 1.25 so I had him stay and hang our other chandelier in our dining room which was much more manageable. This guy which I believe his name was Robert is the real deal. If you ever need any electrical or at least need Chandeliers hung up from high levels this is the company. One company on Thumbtack tried to charge me 1200 LOL what a joke. This company did it for under $200.00 bucks and the confidence and professionalism is some of the best I have had with services done in my home. Will absolutely need more work done and I will contact MY HANDYMAN!!

The quality of work was excellent! From first phone call to the finish work it exceeded our expectations. We are so glad we have found MyHandyman and will be using them for all our handy man needs in the future!
