+ 3 moreOur dishwasher was leaking and needed to be replaced. Jay, the foreman was prompt and friendly. The area was cleaned very well. When our appliances were delivered Jay returned and replaced the appliances and left the area cleaner than when he started. We have used Musgrave many times over the last 6 years from simple handyman jobs, gutters, plumbing, sump pump issues, roof replacing and master bath remodel. We are very pleased with the attention Dan, owner, and Jay, foreman, provide their customers. They are very kind, courteous and leave the job very clean. Prices are reasonable and we will use this service again.

+ 2 moreWe were very satisfied with every job Musgrave Construction has performed. Dan and Jay, the foreman, are a great team. Excellent communication, area is kept tidy and results are spectacular. Price and time frame are accurate. Quality company.
Description of Work: We have used Musgrave construction quite a few times. Roof replacement through insurance, bathroom remodel, garage door repair, deck removal and odd/end jobs. Bathroom remodel included replacement of floor tile, tub, faucets, shower stall and shower tile. We also removed and installed a new window.

+ 7 moreMusgrave Construction has traditionally been a new home builder, but is now also doing some remodeling work. Dan Musgrave and his right-arm man, Jay, were both very professional and easy to work with.
Description of Work: We hired Musgrave Construction Co. to double the size of our too-small screened-in porch. Job included some demolition of previous structure, add-on of concrete footer and concrete pad, wood framing for windows, walls and roofing, installation of insulation, new roof, windows and storm door and installation and finishing of knotty-pine paneling to complete our new three-season room.
