Don even changed his schedule and did this job in 2 segments so I could get the blinds dusted before he cleaned.His concern was what would be best for me the client. His quotes are on target, he is punctual and stays focused on his task at hand yet is friendly while working.

Don returned my call the next day and set up a time to come wash my windows. He called that day to see if he could come a little earlier and I was home so the time switch worked out great. Don and Dave did a great job on the windows. I will definitely call them again in the spring.

They returned my initial call promptly and had an estimate to me quickly. They came at the time they said they would, worked quickly and were a pleasure to have at the house. The windows have never looked better. I live in a heavily wooded area, with farm fields so my windows get dirty. I would use them again.

Don Baker and another guy came out and took their time to get the work done. I have some funky windows and they took their time to get the screens in and out without bending them all up. They wanted to make sure that I was happy.

The weather was a little iffy the day Don came, and he offered to come back another time if I'd prefer, so rain would not make the job seem undone. I did not take him up on the offer, but I knew he would return. The windows looked fabulous and I was delighted to see that all of the bird do and pollen and stuff on the screens in the room with crank windows were just as clean as everything else. I had him skip two windows upstairs, where a child was sleeping that day, and he immediately subtracted those two from the price.

Everything always goes well and I would recommend him very highly, and will hire him on a regular basis.

Don has cleaned my windows multiple times. The windows always look terrific. However, on this visit, one of my upstairs bedroom screens was bent significantly (I have casement windows). Don did not leave a note taking responsibility for the bent screen so I called him to let him know about it. He volunteered to pick up the screen and have it fixed. I assured him that I can get the screen fixed, but that I would have liked for him/his assistant to have a left a note, taking ownership of the problem. We handled this matter in a very professional, non-argumentative manner. Don is a class act so you can feel comfortable having him in your home if you cannot be there.

Great! I've used Don before. He and his assistant are always on time, easy to have in the house, clean and professional. And I think a very fair price. I'd highly recommend him.

Don was every bit the professional. He worked outside in December in some very cold weather. The windows looked great. He even got on a wet/slippery roof to do the skylights. A very pleasant person whom I would hire again without hesitation.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH DON AND HIS PARTNER. NEVER HAD OUR WINDOWS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BEFORE NOW, AND PLAN TO CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROMPT, THOUGHTFUL AND THOROUGH. THEY CAME ON A RAINY DAY TO DO THE INSIDES, THEN RETURNED AS SOON AS IT WAS SUNNY TO FINISH THE JOB. THEIR PRICE WAS THE BEST AMONG MY THREE ANGIE'S CONTENDERS, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME ON VERY SHORT NOTICE.

WE HAVE A TWO STORY HOME THAT IS BUILT ON A HILL. THE WINDOWS ARE NOT THE EASIEST TO GET TO, I HAD MY WINDOWS CLEANED BY ANOTHER COMPANY BUT THE JOB DONE BY MR. BAKER IS BY FAR THE CLEANEST EVER. HE TAKES HIS TIME.

HE WAS VERY NICE AND DID THE JOB FOR MUCH LESS THAN OTHER ESTIMATES.
