+ -1 moreIn the end everything was complete and the end result was great. In the process of replacing the old tile it was determined that the backing drywall board had been soaked with water and needed replacing. This was due to the original builder (another company) not following proper construction techniques. The shower faucet was also found to be defective and was replaced along with a new shower head. The job took several days to complete.
Description of Work: Company removed tiling in shower stall because it had failed. Company then replaced shower stall walls with cultured marble, reinstalled the shower unit and caulked walls. In the process all the drywall needed replacing and a new show faucet was replaced because the old more didn't work correctly. The bathtub next to the shower was also regrouted.

+ 1 moreConstruction went very well. We had to stop for about a week to allow the interior wood to dry out (it had gotten wet when the ants moved in). The construction took several days and the company primered the finished wood. We had the house repainted by another company,
Description of Work: Company removed old rotted porch from front of house. Wood required treatment for ants which they did prior to replacing porch. A new porch was then constructed using appropriate materials.

Description of Work: They did a great building our deck using Trex material. Tree stumps needed to be ground for footers. Deck had electrical installed through a subcontractor. Materials were delivered prior to work and work area was cleaned up promptly. Deck has been well used and is very durable.
