DANE Remodeling & Restoration

Very professional, very knowledgeable, super tidy!! Would hire again. Remodeled primary bathroom. Total gut of the shower and flooring. We reused the vanity cabinets but replaced the toilet, sink, mirror, exhaust fan, all fixtures, vanity top and flooring. They completed everything on time and cleaned as they worked.

Dane and team were exceptional to work with on this project. Started when he said he would start, was a pleasure to have in the house, very professional work environment and completed on schedule.

Our ceiling in the shower bowed but they did not notify us until after the shower tile was installed and had to be cut at an angle. If we had known before installation we wouldn't have asked them to tile up to the ceiling. I would have paid extra to have drywall installed so the tile would all be symmetrical. I was definitely disappointed with the end result of the shower. My tub filler was loose and it took him about 3 weeks to finally come back and fix.

The owner, Dane, is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He has provided us plans for a bath remodel and some work needed due to a leak. Will be utilizing his services soon.

Dane and Justin were GREAT! Throughout the entire process they were very professional. Dane responded to our initial calls and emails in a timely manner. They came out and measured the space and provided a quote within a couple days. Once the work was scheduled the dates did not change. They always arrived within the time frame provided, never missed a day, and got the work done in a timely manner. They arrived every morning between 8-9am and left every day by 5:00pm and worked the full day with the exception of a typical lunch break. I appreciated this because we have a 2 year old and their work never interfered with prepping breakfast/dinner or his schedule. They did a great job and also provided us with insight into other things in our house that needed to be repaired - they gave my husband the details on what products he needed to buy to fix it and how to do the work. They went above and beyond. We will be using them again in the future.

They did wonderful. They were very good and clean. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was average. They were very nice gentlemen. They made sure that all the work was done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was very fair for the work they did. I couldn’t have asked for anything any better. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We did almost everything in our basement "remodel" but were not confident in putting down laminate floors as there are many angles to the walls. We called Dane and he came out to give us an estimate and some suggestions to things we were doing. One great suggestion was a pole wrap that looks like wood/laminate for the pole in the middle of the basement. We got that at Home Depot and stained it and Dane installed it. Anyway, he was very friendly and punctual and his estimate seemed fair to us. We had shopped at Lowes but wanted someone who really knew what they were doing. Very easy to work with and talk to. We set aside two days for the job and he worked 8:30-5 the first day with only 30 minutes for lunch and then 8:30-1 the next. He had one other worker with him who was also very nice. I could tell he was being very particular about every board going in right. We are very happy with the service and hope to use him for other projects in the future!

Dane and Justin did an excellent job of installing the kitchen tile and the hardwood floors including the baseboard for the kitchen. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the attention to details. At the end of each working day, they kept the working area clean and stored the tools in the garage after cleaning them. Dane and Justin are very friendly, polite and professional. They are highly recommended.

i had compared several estimates for installation of flooring and Danes estimate and professionalism was by far the best. I hired him on the spot. He showed up on time. Was fantastic at keeping me updated on the progress. He advised me the job would take 2 days to complete and that all it took. There was no mess left behind. We love our new flooring. I would highly recommend hiring Dane. Excellent work for a fair price.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was the first time I have ever had as extensive remodeling done and I was very surprised at how well it went. Dane is a professional and the quality of his work is proof.

Dane was quick to respond. He came in to view the area where we needed the hardwood laminate to be installed. He calculated and gave us the quotes including everything - no hidden charges. He also provided the shoe moldings required for the installation. He came across as a very experienced professional as he told us exactly what are the things needed for the installation. He provided excellent service at affordable rates. He and his team showed up on time and were very professional.

Dane's attention to detail and workmanship quality were outstanding. We could not be more pleased. Dane arrived exactly as promised, with everything he needed, with no wasted trips or time. He and his helpers were always professional in appearance and actions. When he left the job for the day, his tools and materials were always neatly put away, and the jobsite left clean. We cannot stress enough the quality of Dane's work. Equally important was that Dane delivered everything he promised, and then some; on time and at a very competitive price. Once the floor installation was finished inspected the job with Dane. After we lived with the new floor for a week, Dane returned to check on our satisfaction, and fix a few minor items that we caused after living with the new floor! He offered professional advice on maintenance, and obviously cared about our satisfaction. Just a great job overall!
