PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY MISS DEADLINES AND DON'T EVEN CALL WHEN DEADLINES ARE MISSED. THEY NEVER SAY THEY ARE SORRY. THEY BLAME EVERONE ELSE AND EVEN PERSONALLY ATTACKED ME. DENIS AND PAUL PASS THE BUCK ON EACH OTHER AND COMPLAIN THAT OTHER ONE IS IN CHARGE. THEY ARE IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE AND CAN'T AFFORD TO COMLETE THEIR WORK. IF YOU DO FINALLY CLOSE, PLEASE ADD ATLEAST 300% of the cost of the punch list, otherwise they will never come back.
