That service turned out great. They had 4 employees come out, but 3 stayed to work the full day. They were quick and efficient. They knew what they were doing. They were comparable with the higher end of other competitors.

I got 4 windows from them. Two employees came out to do the installation.

That service was great. They did this a couple months ago. I know that at least two employees came out to do the work. They completed the job the same day too. They were quick, thorough and cleaned up well. Their price was a little big higher than competitors, but I really liked the product.

Two employees came out to do that. They had several colors to choose from. I have used them in the past on numerous occasions. I trust them to work on my home.

It went well. They lost their electric guy and had to get a replacement. Otherwise all work and adjustments were prompt.

The windows were made smaller than what the windows originally were; they filled them in with foam afterward. It closed down our openings by an unnecessarily 1 half inch. They were friendly and nice. They are expensive though. They are going to make one window a little bit bigger, but have not done that yet.

I could not be more pleased. That turned out excellent and the completed the job in about 8 hours. The guy who was head of the team was very professional. They were clean and conscientious. Their prices were more than competitive.

A majority of them were replaced last year, but this year we had them replace the sashes. We also had a follow up with them this year for a dormer window. The installation and everything that was handled was fine. The sales guy we dealt with did a great job and the installers did a great job too. The way they marketed their windows, I felt like it was a little misleading. It stated we were getting energy efficient windows that had a dark green tint on the sashes. Aesthetics are important to customers so we did have to get the tint lightened as far as replacement. They were very good with negotiating a fair price to do the replacement. Our issue was not with the sales guy and the installers, but from the corporate marketing standpoint with how to target customers and their products.

It took them about a week. They had a very good and respectful work crew. They were professional and cleaned up the mess. Their prices were competitive.

Does not live up to the warranty

Overall, I am totally dissatisfied with Champion. This is the second time that we used them, as we had them replace all of our windows in the house and they did a great job. But more importantly their service has been top notch. But not this time. It took them a long time to get the windows installed to start with. (By the way, the windows are really nice, and they did a great job installing them.) During the installation they found out that the screen door to the sliding glass door was not sized right, so they had to reorder it. That is fine, I have no issues with that. However, here we are 6 MONTHS LATER and still no screen door. We have called them numerous times and are told each time, "We have been working with the factory and it will be on the next truck". This past week we were told that it finally arrived and they would be out this Saturday to install it. Finally.... But no, here it is an hour late and no word from them. And when I tried to call of course they are not open today. I am fed up and my next step is to go to the BBB and file a complaint and go down there and ask for my money back. To be fair they have great products, but their service is absolutely terrible and since that is why we went back to them, I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THEM.

The guy who came to the house to sell the windows was nice, a little pushy but ended up getting us a decent deal I think. It did take much longer to get the windows manufactured than initially quoted, more like 12-14 weeks. But instillation services were quick and punctual and fairly clean. They finished the outside nicely. We did have problems this winter with two of the windows cracking due to the freezing temperatures outside and warm house. Not sure it this is a frequent event but we called and they came out and replaced them with no issues in a matter of minutes. The warranty is hard to beat -- lifetime and once transferable - covers everything except total destruction of the house, or intentional breakage by the homeowner. Overall we've noticed a dramatic difference in the temperatures in the house - our really hot rooms are cooled off, and we don't have drafts in front of windows or doors any more.

The salesperson who came to our house to give us a quote was horrible. He was high pressure. When I told him we were receiving several quotes from companies and that I wouldn't make a decision that day, he got super whiney. Said that he had a really good offer but I could only receive it if I committed right then. He belittled me as the decision maker, saying I needed approval from someone else before I would make a decision, which I never once said. He tried to bully me into going with this company. After he left, I called the company and complained about this person but when I talked to someone else, they said that was horrible and then went on to say the same things he had said- about how they had a really good deal but only if I made a decision right now. So it was clear that any feedback I was giving them about their high pressure sales wasn't going to be heard since the management was perpetrating it themselves. Out of the seven window companies I contacted- this was the absolute worst.

They ended up taking care of everything to our satisfaction. There was a problem with a fit and the company claimed it was a manufacturing issue. They ordered another window and replaced it. We were happy with what they did.

We had some major leak problems due to manufacturer but Champion Windows stood by their guarantee and professionalism. While it took several visits to fix including bringining in Manager of Production and Quality Control from Cincinnati, and the District Manager from Columbus and his managers, all windows fit beautifully now and we are very happy with how hard they worked to make it right and make us a happy customer. For sure we would recommend and use Champion Windows again. A special thank you to Victor Yanev and especially to Justin for seeing this project through to the end.

The room overall was great, but had a few flaws. Trying to get resolved.

We didn’t deal with them. They wanted nearly $80,000 for a roof and siding. We had set up an appointment with them and they missed the first appointment. So my husband called back and told them that no one showed up. They came out a couple of days later. They sent a salesman out on a Saturday. He was fine but they were just way too overpriced. He was professional but it was just way too exorbitant a cost for us. We went with a local company that was 75 percent cheaper.

Each rep sales - measurement check - installation was on time and professional!

I went really well. I had the same people almost all the time. They were neat and always had a good attitude. They almost treated it like it was their own place.

We had a very good experience from the salesman talking to us at the home show to the installation of our sliding glass door and the front door. We are very pleased with the look of both doors, we would use them again and recommend this company to others.

Installation was preformed on a Friday. Installer were to come back next day at 12:30 arrived at 3:00. Did not finish job, no supplies, returned Monday, finished installation.

They did a great job, but I was having leakage problems, water getting in the walls, with the living room wall and they claimed it was because of the vinyl siding I had installed. They sent guys back and forth and they could not fix it. The manager sent me a letter in the mail saying they would no longer be responsible for any water leakage and that I would have to find somebody else to do that. It made me angry that they did not care or try to understand what happened. This was not customer-friendly. Yet, they did a good job installing the windows; they were fine. One day they put a sign in my grass advertising that they installed my windows, but they did not have my permission to do this. I picked up the sign and threw it in the trash. They did a good job installing everything and showed me how to work everything. I had a problem with the door lock on my patio door and they were very nice about this, but the first guy who came out to fix it did not get it right. They came out and made sure everything worked good. The installers were very good. One of their guys tried to fix the leaking, but his boss got mad and said they would not do it again. Another company came out and said the problem was with the windows and not the siding. They also messed up one of my upstairs windows. The price was excellent and they would come out when they were supposed to. The quality is fine; I love the windows. The problem was the manager, but the workers were fine.

It took us an entire year to get the windows and siding replaced. When they initially put the windows in, the lining on the inside wouldn't stick. They could not get the vinyl trim to stick at all. They ended up putting in completely new window frames because they weren't able to fix the problem with their own product. The foreman of the project was rude and I had to fight to get him to fix these issues. This vertical siding collect water and run off at the bottom of the house. They finally came out to drill drain holes but it is still hard to clean. They did eventually fix most of the problems but it simply took too long and I had to fight too hard to get the job done correctly.

the salesman was very high pressure and argumentative. he only made derogatory remarks about everything, every other manufacturer, every distributor, every installer, and even talked trash about angies list itself. accusing everybody of lying and deceiving. i did not get a good vibe from this guy and do not trust him to do business with that company.
