I'd give them all "A's" and I'd use them again. They came out when it was 9 degrees and did windows, that's dedicated. Communication was excellent.

I'd give them all "A's", otherwise we wouldn't have had them back. They were better on pricing. Everything is always too expensive but I give them an "A" for being the lowest. First impression was real good. I used them because they were the best deal and a good quality product. We looked for a good product before we started shopping price. We will probably have them back.

The quality is excellent. That thing that sticks out most to me are the windows are simply just the best I've ever seen. The overall company knows its stuff. It's hard to say any particular item. It's just primarily the product, would be the thing that sticks out the most. The only thing I would like is the prices lowered.or the rest of the windows. Not cheap. It was fine. They did really good. One guy did the job and did it in two days.They were just honest and gave us a good price, they were reliable.

I had no problem with Champion of Columbus. If a had a problem, they were right here to fix it. They also installed all my windows in my home about 10 years ago.

Salesman came, gave estimate, left. I though price was too high. Got more estimates

Door was built quicker and installed earlier than quoted. Very happy with the quality of the door.

Installations went well. Needed warranty work has been performed.

Well I'm waiting for to service right now the installation went good but two of the doors are leaking sometimes when it rains so hard. The installation went well. There is two doors that are leaking and they are coming back to fix it. They are very good, they are very nice and professional, they kept their wok clean up while they are here, because they were here for a few days they cleaned it up every night and then cleaned it up good before they left.

It worked out fine. They didn't charge anything because they had put the windows in the whole sunroom. Champion is not cheap, but they do good work. They did good work. Quite a few years ago, they put a sun porch over a slab for me, on a house that I owned. I was out cutting the grass and a rock or something hit the sliding door and broke the glass and for $80 they came out and fixed it and replaced the screen. I really appreciated that.

They get the job done quickly and they get it done right. Their service is excellent never had a problem calling to get something worked out whatever it was.

They did a nice job on my windows, but it took 6 calls to get them to send the referral check to the person that referred the work to me. I feel they should have done that automatically. It was a hassle.

I had a 3 season room built by Champion Windows and completed in November 2010. I am very pleased with the construction and quality of the room. There have been minor problems that have been resolved. The current problem is a big one, one that prospective customers need to be aware of. One of the sunlight seals broke and the window had become discolored. I contacted Champion Windows on June 15, 2015. A technician came out on July 1 and verified the seal was indeed broken. A new sunlight window was ordered. Two months later on September 2 the window was to be replaced. The appointment was cancelled by Champion windows and rescheduled for September 16. A technician arrived, took off the old sunlight window, went to his truck to find the replacement was shattered. Maybe he should have checked the new window before removing the old one. The old window was replaced. A new window was supposed to be ordered. Two more months passed and on November 16, I find out the window was not ordered for weeks. I was notified on November 19 that the window had arrived at the store but it too was shattered. At least someone checked this time before coming out. A third window is supposed to be ordered. By the time this window is ready it could be January or February. Not the ideal time to replace a sunlight.. This is an example of extremely poor customer service and a total lack of attention to detail and proper handling of the replacement window.

I had requested Champion out to my house for a quote on new windows throughout. The man who showed up was 20 minutes early and seemed nice enough. After walking through the house looking at windows, we sat down to discuss the job. I was expecting information on the company, prices of windows and installation, maybe some up-selling warranty information. Instead, I was bombarded with a bunch of WE'RE #1 crap that I would have found, I'm sure, had I been given the opportunity to research the company after the visit. Once I told the man that I would feel more comfortable discussing the job, windows, and prices he got very defensive and rude. He was pointing his pen at me while he explained, very dramatically, that I won't find the information he has for me on the internet anywhere because other companies have slandered them on forums, blogs, and Angie's List. I told him that's all fine and good, but if he had some printed information or recommended websites, I'd be willing to take the information, along with a quote, into consideration while I made my decision. He flat out refused to give me a quote unless I continued to listen to him slam other companies and made me feel guilty for not wanting to sit there and listen to him while he ranted and raved all while my two year old was running around the house needing attention. He went on about how he took two weeks off from his job, for me, I might add, so he could get quotes from other window companies. He said he could provide me with questions to ask other companies to get them to admit to their lies and deceptions. He went on to say that Champion is the only ethical window company in the area and that we would be idiots to go elsewhere. I asked him again for a simple quote, he again refused. He said he'd rather me get swindled by another company than give me a quote without his presentation. I told him I felt attacked and I didn't appreciate his tactics. I'm really confused now and have no idea how these people get any business from this sales rep. He was horrible and mean. I will not, for any reason, do any business with this company because of this salesman.

Champion did an okay job in sales and installation. Salesman was a bit high pressure, but not as bad as some others I've experienced. He was very helpful in answering questions after the sale, which was nice. Installers arrived earlier than our appointment which was a nuisance. A few exterior trim boards were damaged during installation which I thought, based on the sales pitch, Champion would replace. I called a few days later and left this information in the follow-up survey but never heard back from them. The windows themselves are great, and our electric bills have declined. I do wish the company would have taken ownership of the damage caused during installation though.

We contacted Champion for a window quote. Very professional people. Sales rep, Marlin, was extremely knowledgeable. Install team did a great job. Perfect! Love them! Look great and very energy efficient!

They are not cheap but they are the best. They have been in Columbus for a long time. I do wish they were cheaper.

Considering, the workers did well. There were several teams of workers. The siding and the roof people were the most considerate and complete. the home office was quick to respond to me.

Very well overall, it took about 8 weeks for windows to come in but installed them in a single day.

Installers were polite and worked swiftly and cleaned up well after themselves. One problem I do have that I will have to deal with some day is that they silicone sealed the door sill to our rubber floor mat on the inside. Granted, this floor mat is actually a horse stall floor mat, but it’s still a floor mat. What happens when I need to pull it up?

Everything turned out great. It took them one day and they had a crew with them. I did not have any issues and everything was perfect.

That turned out fine. We bought the highest grade of that we could get; they were 4 seasons. It took them 2 good days and then a couple of days they had to come back 2 different times to tweak and do some finishing touches. Everything from the experience was just fine.
