Description of Work: still waiting, they have been out four times now and they still have not finished the job.we needed the windows replaced and two patio doors.The salesman said "lets us do the Patio doors and you we see what a great job we do" everyone we have talked too has said how sorry, (they have been very nice) and this time they would get it right. WE are still waiting on screens and there is a chip on the panel glass in the kitchen.. Oh, they were to be at our house last Monday 8/31. no show no call our hole summer has been on hold. O mg just get it right!

Description of Work: Salesman sold us on a slim frame window but they measured to allow about 3/4" on all sides which defeated the purpose of a small frame. Now we have a large frame all around and less window. We asked to have the worst window remade and they never called us back

Description of Work: They seem to be quality windows. One installation failed to seal a window and we discovered this during very cold weather. Champion could not make full repair until the weather improved. We have done our house in sections and I still haven't figured out their pricing, but that seems to be the nature of the beast.

Everything went fine.
Description of Work: I had Champion Windows install a sliding glass door to the back of my house. The estimate was a lot higher than others I talked to but I decided to go with them because of their lifetime gaurantee on their work and their door. I also liked their 365 glass feature that helps keep the heat out during the summer and the heat in during the winter. One thing I didn't like was how the salesman sort of makes you feel as though you have to make a decision on going with them right there and then. As for the installation of the door, the workers showed up at the promised time and went right to work. They had to take out the old door and cut out a large section of the wall to install the door. I was surprised at how quick they were able to get it all done and installed. After they left though, I discovered that the lock was working properly and called Champion and they got ahold of the installers and they came right back and fixed the problem that same day. It has been installed for a month now and I am pleased with the door. It looks great, works great, and is a great improvement to the back of my house.

Description of Work: we got estimate on front door w the little windows on each side of it. Champion came out to our house and was there for what seemed like forever because we wouldn't say "yes" to their pricing. They called several times after that but their pricing continued to be higher than others. The quality did not reflect the price either.
