Description of Work: They assisted me in finding a siding color and design that was equal in all respects to the existing siding. My job was to replace only one full wall of my house and use the 'good' slats to replace 'bad' slats which had holes from air soft pellets. The color and design were in my opinion a perfect match and the work has held through 2 years of seasons. If I decide to replace the remaining sides of my home with new siding, I will call Champion again to complete the work.

Description of Work: When they built the 3 season room, they were prompt and professional during the building of the room. After the money was paid in full, they took very long to respond to code issues brought up by the city. Also, I had a leaky roof and it took them 3 months to finally fix the problem.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. 20% OF THE WINDOWS WERE INCORRECTLY MEASURED. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE ARE 4 DAYS INTO WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A 2 DAY INSTALL AT MOST AND ARE STILL AWAITING THE CORRECT WINDOWS.

MR. SPAIN CALLED IN AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT MARCH 24TH 2000, THE SAME DAY MR. SPAIN CALLED BACK AND CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT. THE APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER RAN BY ANYONE HERE AT CHAMPION. I FEEL FOR MR. SPAIN IF HE FELT HE WAS PRESSURED BUT HE MUST OF CONFUSED US WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. WE HAVE NOT BEEN AROUND FOR 51 YEARS CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN THAT MANNER.
