It has been incredible. A couple times we had little things that needed fixed and they come out that same week to fix it. The installation crew was exceptional. They were courteous, professional, and respectful.

It turned out fine. They were not on time for the installation. They took about three months to fix a few issues so the response time was slow. They did take care of the work but it took a while. Both on the install and repair they were an hour an half to two hours late both times.

Everything was fine. It was great. They had a little issue picking up a couple tools afterwards but they got that taken care of after one phone call.

Got the estimate and did some haggling. I was given the speech that the price was only for that day, but I knew that was in the sales pitch. Was going to wait an extra day to get the same price that he said was only for that day but my wife wanted to do it that night. They measured the opening but it was a bit off and an extra 2x4 was needed for the opening no big deal since the moulding coverede this area. Installer was on time and was great. He does some smaller jobs for champion but was terrific. Windows are fantastic quality. Very happy with the choice. Price was a little higher than some but the quality was what I wanted.

The salesman was pushing hard to get a sale at the time of the estimate and I had to tell him no over and over. I don't like the hard sell.

The salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. He worked with us on the price, matching an estimate from another company. The 2 workers that installed the door were courteous and did a great job.

Their prices were alright. I had a good experience with them. However, I didn't go with with them because of the large cost of installing so many windows.

It went very well. I have to give them credit because it was a miserable day and they hung in there and finished the job under very cold and very snowy conditions.

They did not start when they said they were supposed to start. The quality of the material was not what it should have been. They have taken to long to take care of our problems. I doubt that I would use them again.

I definitely liked their service and their product. I can’t think anything bad about them. The workers who came to do the work were very professional, very neat and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. There are bit expensive. They are always there when they say they would be here.

They were responsive. The price was reasonable, but the salesman was pushy and he gave me an estimate and said that it was a special deal that I must sign in three days or else the price would double. It is bad salesmanship.

Scheduled in-home estimate. Salesman was on-time and everything was fine except the salesman was extremely pushy and told me that I would be paying $1000 more on my champion quote unless I attended some kind of factory tour on the weekend. I informed him I had other plans, and he suggested I cancel them since the deal was some kind of "one time thing." I did not visit the factory. The window quote came in the highest out of several, and when I told the salesman that on one of his numerous follow-up calls, he said "all the more reason to use Champion!" which is one of the most asinine things I've ever heard a salesman say. The other quotes were all from similar licensed, insured companies with high Angies List ratings, so not exactly comparing them to craigslist handymen... The salesman also refused to deviate from his sales spiel which was pretty frustrating. He completely alienated me during his in-home estimate and I don't even think he realized it.

My experience with them was very good. They were really cooperative and on time. They are the only ones who could do this job. They were exclusive to the material we used. I was very pleased with them. They were fair, low pressure, and thorough.

I was not happy with them, but they were professional and everything was fine. They just seemed a little pricey. They did give me a price and I found them too expensive. I did not get it done. They tried to get me to agree that day, which I thought was a little bit strange. They come out and give me a quote at that time, and they want me to agree to the work at the time of the visit. It seemed to me, they were a bit strong on the sales side. I hesitate to grade them as they didn't do the work for me. They gave me a quote and were very professional. They provided some interesting information. Their professionalism was very high but I would not consider them for any work in the future due to their high prices.

They were very prompt and they got the work done in the allotted time. The work was excellent as well.

Everything went great. Their quality of work, such as their craftmanship and attention to detail, was great.

Champion quoted me an estimate of $725 with a lifetime warranty. The salesman had a great personality! He was patient to wait while I was working with another service provider at the moment. The salesman offered to lower the price of the window by $100, as he discovered my insurance company was going to charge me a $500 deductible. I was very impressed with Champion, but I might get a few more estimates before making a decision.

The initial experience was great, but I was very disappointed with him after the initial purchase. I had vinyl trim and siding installed on my home. Because of the wind, the trim would pop loose and hang. It was a hard time getting them acknowledge that I had a lifetime warranty that covered this. When they finally did, it was ghastly trying to get them out to make the repairs. We had scheduled appointments but they missed them. They did make the repairs but the entire time they had an attitude. They informed me that the person who initially installed the siding did it incorrectly! I thought they were very unprofessional.

They did a fine job. They have since sold the business off to another company.

They did a great job and left no mess. They came back and showed us how to do a few things that we forgot when they initially showed us.

It is very sound proof and it’s like a whole separate room.

I spent about $5,000 on that work. I had done the steps and refinished with wood myself. They changed us less than other companies and they did a good job, but there were some finer touches that they weren?t real good with. I had them go back and fix and I can say that the foreman was pretty receptive, but the crew wasn?t detailed oriented. It was definitely worth the money spent.

There was nothing that I did not like about them. The quality of their work was good and they did an excellent job.

I didn?t like their pricing. They raised their prices first and then lowered it. It was a little stressful for us. However, we overcame it. They pretty much did everything that they told us that they were going to do, so I was very pleased with their work. They got it done very quickly and did a really good job. There were a few minor things that they had to fix, and they did that.

The work done for this job was outstanding. I've had a total of 3 remodeling jobs done on my home. This was the only example where I was delighted with the work and happy that I the project done. Brett Webb- the division manager put together a plan that took all of our input in consideration. Tom T., the lead worker, was great to work with. We were treated with respect, the work was done as promised and quicker than expected.
