Description of Work: I WAS TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR SIDING. MAN SHOWED UP WITH NO SAMPLES - HE FORGOT THEM - AND SAID WOULD HAVE TO RETURN LATER TO MEASURE AND GIVE THE EST. HE NEVER RETURNED. A REP FROM THE OFFICE PHONED ME LATER THAT DAY AND HAD BEEN TOLD A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. IN OTHER WORDS, THE MAN WHO CAME OUT HAD LIED TO ME.
