Description of Work: They did a nice job. I asked them to do my cleaning on a regular basis. I felt their price was high for what I was asking them to do - it has been awhile, so I don't remember what they quoted. I do remember that I did not include the bedrooms moving forward and felt that the price quoted was for a deep clean of the WHOLE house. The reason I have not continued with them is that I expected them at 11:00 a.m., called them at 11:30 to see where they were and was told that they would be her in 15 to 20 minutes. I had to work, so I told them to forget it. He said that they set it up for "around 11:00" and I must have misunderstood. I didn't misunderstand anything - I am too busy to schedule appointments for "around" any time, so I would never have agreed. AND, 12:00 isn't "around 11:00". I was angry at having wasted the morning when I could have been waiting - they didn't call me - I had to call them. It's a shame because they did a really good job. It was a few months ago - not certain on the date.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used them. The first time was AMAZING! They cleaned the house from top to bottom. My kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. The second time was a different crew. While they did a decent job, it wasn't as thorough as the first time.

Description of Work: Cleaned the entire house with good attention to wood trim and getting under furniture and rugs. Were very responsive - returned calls quickly, confirmed via text. They were quick but thorough and listened to my specific requests.

Description of Work: This company did a great job at first. I purchased the deal for 8 hours of cleaning for $179. They did a great job and stayed late to complete the work. Because of that I decided to hire them on a monthly basis. Their second visit was pretty good but they didn't work for quite as long as the first. Then the third and fourth visits went downhill. On the third visit one of the workers used a vacuum to clean the top of my leather ottoman and left multiple scratches on the top. After the fourth visit I noticed one of a pair of earrings I had left on my dresser was missing and the other was *hidden* behind my jewelry box, presumably to cover up that one had been lost. I will no longer be hiring this company to clean my house.

Description of Work: I am extremely happy with the job that Brazilian Cleaning Solutions did for us. A team of four people showed up promptly at the scheduled time and worked for two hours. They even went over the scheduled time to finish the job. Everything looks fantastic especially the kitchen! I've never seen our stainless steel look so amazing! They were very thorough and I am very pleased. I will be using them again.

They were really impressed by how thorough they were compared to other cleaning companies they had used in the past. They were extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Worst cleaning EVER! They were at my house for about 1hr. 4900sqft home. Needless to say I spent another hour cleaning to have my house presentable to potential home buyers. They did biweekly cleaning for me for about 3 months. There was always something missed/not cleaned or not cleaned very well. Save your money and go with another cleaner. Very sad because they are nice people but very poor work.

Description of Work: OMG! BEST CLEANING OF MY HOME BY A CLEANING SERVICE EVER! These folks were punctual and I mean SO thorough! Cleaned inside my oven, under my bed, windows and with floors you can eat off of! I WILL HAVE THEM BACK! I must for anyone who wants a super cleaning experience! AMAZING and OH SO CLEAN!
