+ -1 moreit went really well, we have used this company in two separate homes across 3 years and they always do a great job. onsite techs do not speak a lot of english but i dont find it to be a problem and the coordinator is always available via phone or text if anything is needed they have always taken very good care of us, they are very responsive and flexible.

The rest of the house was cleaned well, but they were supposed to do the refrigerator and they didn't touch it. I didn't double check everything before they left. I never did complain to them.

Description of Work: On 04/15/16 I bought the Big Deal, which was for a Deep Housecleaning, Including Interior of Oven and Refrigerator for $149. On 04/18/16, I received notice from Lucas that they will contact me to schedule, as they are not sure on dates yet. On 04/20/16, I received notice from Lucas to schedule, but the dates they wanted did not work, as I was waiting on another contractor to schedule for a time to come and paint my home; I mention I would contact Lucas to schedule once the home was done being painted, and Lucas was okay with this. After some scheduling conflicts, the home was painted, and I was finally was able to get the house cleaned. So on 07/08/16, I contacted Lucas via email and text, and stated that I'm ready for the home to be cleaned. Lucas responded via text on 07/12/16, and said they could come that day, and I said they could come out anytime after 7:00am. Lucas texted back and asked "Ok! How do we charge you last time?" I responded stating "I went through Angie List and paid via PayPal, so your company has already been paid. This is my first time using your company." Lucas never responded back with a time. So I texted Lucas again at 9:00am and stated that they never responded with a time, and if I don't hear back by 10:00am that morning, I would have to cancel this service via Angie List. At 10:34am there was no response, so I contacted Angie List and requested a refunded. I received the refund in 07/13/16. Due to the lack of professionalism and communication, I would not recommend them!

It got so bad that this guy kept calling me and calling me because he didn't like the review I gave them. They just kept calling me and calling me and they griped me out saying, "Well, you shouldn't have said that." They weren't my idea of customer service or politeness or anything.

+ -1 moreWe have been working with them for 2 and a half year. They come to our house every Thursday morning. They are scheduled to get here sometime between 7:30 – 8:15. They are usually on time without problems. They come in and they do a nice job. We haven’t had any issues and when we’ve had some mini problems my husband communicates with them and it straightens out. They are responsive and very nice people. Usually 3 or 4 people show up and they get it done very quickly it takes them 30 -45 minutes to get the house clean. We have been pleased with them.
Description of Work: We have them do the basic, kitchen, bathroom, floors, vacuuming, and light dusting. When we moved back in the house when we had a bathroom renovated we also used them to do a massive cleaning and they did a really nice job.

+ -1 moreLots of communication issues, none appear to speak enough English to cope with basic communication. Most recently I arranged and prepaid/prepared for a over frozen deep freezer cleanout in my basement, turning it off ahead of time and tarping off the area. They couldn't open it and refused to come back claiming a full schedule the next 3 days and declaring "sorry, we don't work weekends". I told them in advance the drainage was an issue, now it is threatening to flood and stink up the house.

+ -1 moreWe initially used this company for a whole home deep clean. They were easy to get ahold of and scheduled at my convenience. They left our home immaculately clean. We had a team of 4-5 working for 3+ hours. We were so impressed that we hired them to come every 2 weeks. The same people usually come and leave our house in great condition each time. I love that my home smells lemony fresh each time. It is also very convenient that I can schedule my cleanings via text message, I appreciate this with my hectic schedule.

I purchased the coupon and immediately called the company to setup the cleaning - they told me that they had no record of me purchasing the coupon after I gave them the code off my voucher and even texted the owner a screen shot of the coupon purchase. They told me to reach out to Angies List who said the coupon code was valid and they would resend it to the vendor- Angies told me there was no reason the company shouldn't have the coupon in their system. I called the company again to schedule the cleaning, and again they said they had no record of the coupon purchase. I explained there was no reason you can't honor this purchase and they said there was nothing I could do and to reach out to Angies List for a refund. My husband then called another month later to redeem the coupon hoping to speak with someone new, and this time we were told "we no longer work with Angies List and no coupon codes from there are considered valid at this time". My husband called Angies List, Angies gives him ANOTHER coupon code and told him to call the cleaning company again. He called the Brazilian Cleaning Solutions back and they told him again they will not honor any Angies Coupon. Now I have a $149 coupon which is completely useless. Angies won't give me back my money and the company won't honor it. What a waste of my time and money from both companies!!!

+ -1 moreI rarely write reviews for products and services, but seeing some of the other reviews and having a vastly different experience with this company, I thought I would take the time. We have had this company out to our home twice now for a deep clean. Both times they have been accommodating of my schedule and fitting me in within the week of my contact. This morning, the crew of four showed up 5 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time and got RIGHT to work. They were at our home for two hours and did not take a break once. They were thorough, detailed and our house looks amazing. I have extremely high standards for what I consider to be "clean" and they have exceeded my expectations. I have used several cleaning companies over the years and I see no reason to go anywhere else. We are a very busy family of five and they have taken a huge load off of this mama's shoulders!

Because they suggested the date, I assumed they were working. I assumed incorrectly, after being 1 1/2 hours past there scheduled time, I texted the number I used to schedule and was informed they were off for the day. when asked why no one contacted me, only response was we are sorry. I have since attempted to reschedule and have texted them 3 or more times and NO response.

+ -1 moreThe company was very responsive when I first contacted them and set up my cleaning. I was a bit put off that they could not fit me in for a month and a half, but whatever. I never heard back from them after the initial set up and they never gave me a time. I contacted them via email to ask about what time and no response. I contacted via phone the morning of my supposed appointment only to be informed that they no longer work with Groupon (despite my Groupon still being valid). The gentleman on the phone said I needed to refund the Groupon but they would still come and clean for me, but I'd have to pay. It seemed like a bait and switch situation to me. Buyer beware. I refused to pay twice and will not be calling them back once my Groupon is refunded. At a minimum, they should have let me know that they stopped working with Groupon well before the day of my cleaning.
Description of Work: Services were not performed, as the company would not honor the Groupon deal I purchased because they "no longer work with Groupon."

Description of Work: Purchased a package on Angie's List that consisted of 16 hours of cleaning. It was clearly stated in the description that this would involve 4 total cleaning sessions. Two cleaner each time for two hours. I made the purchase on Angie's List and then called to schedule the service. The company then told me that they couldn't provide that service.
