Description of Work: They cleaned my whole house. Everything was sparkling. My only complaint is the scheduling. They did not come when first scheduled and then tried to reachedule for times that were not good for me. They need to keep better records of their scheduling. They communicate mostly through texting. I have had them come out since. I believe they do a good job cleaning. They have been more reliable lately in keeping the schedule and communicating.

Description of Work: This was to be a "special" service "Deep Housecleaning, including Interior of Oven and Refrigerator". They were to start at 8am, they didn't arrive until 8:30am. They did NOT clean: the picture frames or mirrors hanging on the wall, the top or inside the refrigerator, window frames or sills, top of book cabinet, ceiling fans, top of tall furniture (TV cabinet, glass cabinet), the walls,baseboards, door frames or patio door. Items in the bathrooms weren't put back in place...some items left sitting on the floor. | |There were four people, it was difficult for them to understand English and I don't speak Spanish. If this had just been an BASIC housecleaning it would have been better. I would have still asked them to wipe the ceiling fans, top of refrigerator, pictures and window sills and patio door.

Description of Work: They were quick and efficient with their cleaning. A couple hours late for the appt. due to a big accident on 71 that day.

Description of Work: Damaged bathroom floor and did not say anything to me when it happened. We are human but when I asked them about it they said they didn't do it. It wasn't big damage and we all make mistakes, but trust is earned. I would not ask them to repair or replace the damage but not to tell me broke the trust that I want.

Description of Work: Regular cleaners were unavailable. so I called them to fill in. Cleaned 1st and 2nd floors of my home. Prompt, thorough and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The commutation started of bad. Finally we got it scheduled. The bathrooms was nicely cleaned and I wanted more dusting cause I have a lot of wood. So the dusting could of been better.

Description of Work: 5 or 6 people came but they did not speak English and the one that did, I had a hard time understanding him. They did not do the bathrooms very well. Seems they were more interested in moving things around so it looked like they did more than they really did.

Description of Work: Brazilian Cleaning Services arrived at my house an hour later than was scheduled with 4 cleaning people. I had a list of typed instructions for them but unfortunately none of the cleaners could read English. They were in my house for an hour. I was pleased with the work done and only had minor complaints about some items that had not been put back after the cleaning.

Description of Work: They were on time and did a good job cleaning. I am having them clean for me on a regular basis.

Description of Work: I had the $99.00 for 6 hours of house cleaning special. When trying to schedule I ran into a few issues as it seems when I would call they would have to go to the owner each time to see about openings. I then had a mix up on the scheduled date and they were great in resolving the issue. They did arrive a little late and when they got there we had a little bit of a language barrier but it was ok. They were ready to work as soon as I relayed to them the important things that I wanted them to pay attention to. There were 3 people and they gave me 2 full hours of cleaning time. They did a great job and I will certainly used them again. I have since called them to see how much they would charge for a monthly clean. It was more than I could afford to pay at this time. However they came back to me to see if we could come to an amount that I could afford. I am not able to have the monthly at this time but for sure I told them every time I see one of their specials I will buy it and tell my friends to use this company. | |

Description of Work: Wanted to use to help clean for my sons 1st Birthday. It was short notice on my part and they were unavailable the day I needed.

Description of Work: Four people from Brazilian Cleaning came to clean my very large apartment. Each of them cleaned a room or section for ninety minutes. They cleaned the restrooms well, vacuumed and dusted in my living, dining and bedroom; washed my kitchen floor and cleaned the counter and cabinets. They even organized some items in my laundry room. They were polite and professional. I regret that my fixed income prevents me from affording their services on a regular basis.

Description of Work: We had a deep cleaning of our home. The cleaning itself was average. They broke the bulb in the oven and I didn't notice it until the next time I used the oven a few days later. I called and texted to notify them. They stated several times they would come replace bulb and reclean oven-which never happened. I called and texted a final time and they said they would just reimburse us the money (only a few dollars) to replace and would come over on Friday. We have not seen nor heard from them since. I am disappointed because they have a great rating, their website was detailed and they were timely in response to schedule cleaning.
