Description of Work: They organized and cleaned our garage. The cleaning was quite complete. The organization part was minimal. The service was still very much worth the price.

Description of Work: they were late. cleaning was sufficient but basic. i specifically asked that floors, corners be deep cleaned and they were not. For the prices that they charged I would've expected more than surface tidying.

Description of Work: They were pleasant over the phone, but a little difficult to understand. Angie's List (via phone calls) had helped me arrange a date that they would work for me to have them come do the work, but unfortunately something was lost in the communication and my name was not relayed. (I used Angie's List call center because I was having trouble finding contractors on short notice.) Therefore by the time I was able to call the company directly, they assumed I was the caller before and accidentally gave away my spot. The next available opening was the week after I needed the cleaning done. Therefore I was unable to use the service and found a different company instead. Too bad also because this would have been an excellent deal!

Description of Work: These guys do a great job! The actual cleaners who come to the home speak very little English, but understand enough to be able to communicate with you. Any questions are a phone call to the office away for them. This can be a little unnerving at first, but should not stand in between you and having them perform their services wonderfully. They are very good with taking good care in your home, cleaning everything from floor to ceiling, and smiling along the way, even when dealing with our dog! We have signed on to have them come and perform a monthly cleaning.

Description of Work: These guys are outstanding! It is so amazing to have people show up, take pride in the job they do, ask if you are satisfied and blow your mind by doing more than you ever expected.

Description of Work: They promised a deep cleaning bu failed to finish the job with no reason . They sent a team of non English speaking workers, and although I was there, they couldn't understand my priorities. they offered to make it right , but that would have been another day to take off and go to this house which we are trying to sell

Description of Work: My spouse was home the day they arrived. I received a text asking if they could come 2 hrs early. Contacted house to let them know. They were an hour late from estimated arrival, but once they arrived, they went right to work. The only concern was a bit of a language barrier. We do not speak Spanish and my husband felt bad that he could not understand a question had by the staff at one point. 4 members arrived. They were here for 1 1/2 hrs. The house looked fantastic when I got home! |Am definitely interested in having them come back. I recommended them to a friend for her Mom already. Her Mom was pleased as well.

Description of Work: There was a mix up on the date of the service, and I called them. Moises Freitas was responsive and we arranged another date. That is why I gave them a B on punctuality. They did arrive at my house at or close to the appointed time.

Description of Work: We scheduled them and after a miscommunication on the date and a reschedule due to vehicle problem, they arrived ontime and went to work. They did a good job and I would consider using them again.

Description of Work: Wanted to send 4 people to do cleaning. Did not want that many people in my house at one time. Asked for two people and they would not agree to that.

Description of Work: Two things were broken by the persons performing the work in my home. They did not clean good some areas. There were four of them. Two were good but the other two did not do a good job overall. Could not understand what they were saying most of the time. Only one spoke a little English.
