Description of Work: I would absolutely recommend this hard working crew. They arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. The team leader* went around our Townhome to discuss our expectations before they started and again when they were done (but before the crew packed up -- which gave me confidence that they were willing to do additional cleaning if I saw something they missed). However there was nothing they missed. They did such an amazing job, we will have them back again. |*team leader understood English and spoke limited English. Description of Work: This was a matter of not understanding what we needed and what they offered. They do standard housecleaning, and our work involved significant trash removal (basement). So we need a trash removal service (found one on Angie's List) and not a cleaning company. No problem with Brazilian Cleaning, I'm sure they are fine folks, just a difference between what we need and what they do.

Description of Work: They swept then mopped floors in kitchen and two bathrooms, cleaned tub and shower and comodes in bathrooms, vacuumed area rugs in den and living room and carpeting in two bedrooms and dusted.

Description of Work: They cleaned both bathrooms, cleaned the kitchen ran sweeper and mopped floors, also dusted everything. They were on time and did a great job.

Description of Work: They did a fine job. I had a few issues that may have been easier to handle if we could communicate better.

Description of Work: They did a good job in what they actually cleaned, however they skipped the entire 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom. Contacted owner after, but no offer to come back and finish the job.

Description of Work: $79 for four hours of cleaning. Did a very nice job. Language can be an issue, but we worked through it. I would hire again.

Description of Work: Scheduled service 2 weeks ahead as I was having overnight guests. Day before was sent email asking if I still wanted the service. Was told to call number to confirm. Called. No one answered so I sent a confirmation email and phoned early the next morning and was able to leave a voice message that I was expecting them. I had been contacted very early on and told the day I had requested would work out and I would be told the time later. I thought things were set so I was very surprised not to have anyone show up or contact me. On August 5th I spoke with Pablo the manager who said he could not explain what happened but would check the records.

Description of Work: 6 hours of housecleaning. Company sent three people for two hours. Very thorough cleaning. Everything looked good when I inspected.....nothing broken or obvious misses. Staff was very pleasant but limited English speaking. Any communication beyond just a basic level had to be filtered through their office via telephone. Would use the company again and recommend.
