Description of Work: They performed a deep cleaning of my 2 story, 3 bedroom house. This included the inside of the microwave and the gas oven and all the baseboards. They even swept off my outside front porch when they left. We had to reschedule a number of times which was somewhat inconvenient but I was totally satisfied with the quality of their work.

Description of Work: The company is saying they don't offer package 2 options of which would have been 16 hours of cleaning basically every 2 weeks. Now saying they don't offer that anymore they only offer either 1 time or 2 times and only one certain area. Even after stating what the deal said company said well it would be only one area at a time instead of "top to bottom" like the deal said.

Description of Work: I bought the $149 deep housecleaning deal for my son and his wife. Brazilian Cleaning Services was the only company willing to clean the house on a Sunday. They only had one day to do this because of a moving contract. |Pablo's house cleaner was wonderful - he cleaned the entire house in detail, including the oven and refrigerator, and was very, very nice to work with. |I liked Pablo and the work done at my son's house so well that I gave another Brazilian Housecleaning Deal to my sister as a present.

Description of Work: They do a great job, and they get down to business very quickly. This was the second time I used them, and because some of the bedrooms weren't that messy, they even cleaned the windows--without my asking. They are a great group.

Description of Work: Good service. Very thorough cleaning. Accidentally broke a ceiling fan blade but quickly pointed it out to me and offered to pay for it or offer a discount on further services. I appreciated their upfront ownership of the accident and their willingness to correct the situation. I will be using them again on a regular basis.

Description of Work: They arrived on time with four hard working people. Quality of cleaning was about 99%; they missed a few spots but I considered this acceptable since the house had not been professionally cleaned since before 2012. The man cleaning the kitchen dropped and broke a ceramic dog feeding bowl (I heard it break but did not know what it was) and did not tell me about it - That is unacceptable.

Description of Work: I hired them for deep housecleaning including interior of oven and refrigerator. Cleaning services were good and there was no problem. Scheduling was frustrating. They e-mailed me that they would be a there a certain date and would contact me prior with a time. I did not hear from them again, I contacted them and they needed to reschedule to another day and time and then were late.

Description of Work: I spoke with the service several times before having them come out to clean a rental property downtown. I gave specific instructions as to the time/location because we needed to meet them there to let them into the secure building. After taking time from work to go down at the pre-arranged time no one was there. We called and found out that they had gone to our home address (one that I had not provided at all in the phone conversations). It was cleared up fairly quickly and the work they did was good. I would use their service again, but just confirm the specifics to avoid confusion.

Description of Work: They pulled everything out of the garage, washed the floor and put everything back. The issue I had was that some of the team was organizing as they went and others just put things back haphazardly. I had lumber show up in 3 different places.

Description of Work: I was really hoping this provider would work out because they used a 4 person crew so they could be in and out of our house quickly. They did an initial cleaning that was ok. We scheduled them 3 times for the next cleaning and each of the 3 times they called to reschedule and the times they offered to clean were not convenient. Not a bad cleaning service but if they want to really earn business they need to clean when they say they will.
