Description of Work: Language barrier...had to call boss to translate between me and workers. Women worked hard, men did some standing around. Misunderstanding, I thought I bought a number of hours and boss said I got "whole house clean" and they left before the hours I expected were expended.

Description of Work: I had an emergency surgery the day that they were scheduled which I learned about only a few days in advance. I wrote to them via their website on the previous Friday, but never heard back I did write to them via Angie's List in advance 24 hours to cancel the date and asked them to let me know about future availability. I never heard back from them, but they kept the entire $79.00

Description of Work: There were four workers who arrived at my house versus the two the deal talked about. Four was too much for my small house as I was working at home. The workers did a good cleaning job. The problem was they could not speak or understand written or spoken English. They had to call another person to interpret what I needed done. I asked to have have my oven cleaned and the person on the phone said that was not included in the deal. So the person who worked in the kitchen ended up cleaning things that did not need cleaning again. When I tried to communcate what I needed done or not done, it was frustrating. He did not understand. I would not use this company again. I also had a hard time getting this scheduled once I purchased the deal.

Description of Work: We purchased the "Big Deal" for entire house cleaning (up to 3500 sq feet) including all bed linens changed, dusting and vacuuming or moping all rooms, oven and interior of refrigerator cleaned, counters, toilets and showers cleaned, outside of cabinets and walls around doors and light switches cleaned. I called before our appointment and confirmed that we had a 4,000 square foot home and was advised that we could pay extra to cover the extra cleaning. | |The cleaners arrived right on time. Four men and women showed up....only one could speak partial English. | After an hour and a half the cleaner that could speak a little English indicated that he had to call his supervisor because they were only supposed to clean for 2 hours. (They were not close to being finished.). The supervisor told us they would finish the work and that we would pay an additional $75. Fair enough. |But the cleaners worked for another hour....but left without finishing. They only made 1 of the four beds. The bathrooms were cleaned BEAUTIFULLY (we have 5 bathrooms) but two bedrooms were not dusted nor swept or mopped. None of the walls were cleaned, the counters in our mushroom and entryway were never touched. The furniture on our landings and the children's dressers were left dirty and sticky. The kitchen table and family room tables wee also not cleaned. We were disappointed to say the least. |I will say that what they cleaned they cleaned very well (the bathrooms) and they were punctual and pleasant.

Description of Work: I attempted to schedule a cleaning for a Friday. This was the only day that would work for us. Every time I attempted to schedule, they would suggest a different day. Paid for but never used their services.

Description of Work: A crew of 4 people showed up just a little late (told me between 10:30/10:45, they showed up at 11:10) and got right to work. I have a 4-bedroom, 2300 sq ft house and they were done by a little after 1 pm. Only missed the window above the kitchen sink, and didn't clean off either of the hanging light fixtures in my eat-in space or dining room (niether is more than 6' high). Other than that, my house was sparkling when they left. Only complaint I have is that 3 of the 4 speak no English, and the 4th speaks very little. However, they only asked for a roll of paper towels and a trashbag and didn't really need me for anything else that couldn't be communicated using hand gestures. A very thorough job, will definitely use them again. Especially for the price, you can't beat it.

Description of Work: Four people worked on a deep cleaning of my 2 story, 3 bedroom house. In addition to routine cleaning and vacuuming they cleaned the baseboards, inside of the microwave and the oven, and even swept off the outside front porch when they left. They initially rescheduled the visit twice which was somewhat inconvenient but they did a great job and were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: They performed a deep cleaning of my 2 story, 3 bedroom house. This included the inside of the microwave and the gas oven and all the baseboards. They even swept off my outside front porch when they left. We had to reschedule a number of times which was somewhat inconvenient but I was totally satisfied with the quality of their work.
