Description of Work: I paid money, but they have yet to contact me to schedule service. I've emailed them through Angie's list, but they have failed to contact me. It's ridiculous and Imy starting to feel I was scammed.

Description of Work: Difficult to schedule. They kept changing dates or would arrive late. Once here, did an excellent job of cleaning. I would go through the difficulty of scheduling due to such good work in the end.

Description of Work: I hired this company to clean my mother's home. I live in another state and chose this company based on the Angie's list reviews. The workers who arrived spoke little English. However, they used their phones to translate anything I said and worked very hard the entire time. The house looked beautiful! I wish I had this company where I live. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: They came in with 5 cleaners on time, and went straight to work, I was a little concerned that they could not understand English so it took quite a little effort to give initial instructions on where we needed cleaning. However after the job was done the house was arranged and was sparkling clean. will defn use again.

Description of Work: Provider cleaned as requested. I had problems scheduling and then they did not show up on the designated day. Had to reschedule for another day. Crew spoke almost no English and it was difficult to describe the cleaning that I wanted.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 floors rooms and bathrooms. Was very impressed with service. Slight language barrier was only issue, but it wasn't a problem.

Description of Work: Before moving into our new house we arranged for Brazilian cleaners to clean the house. As the house was already in fairly clean condition, we specifically asked Brazilian Cleaners to clean out the drawers and cupboards. When we arrived to move into the house we realized that the bathrooms had been cleaned but none of the drawers or cupboards had been done (and this was the primary reason for the cleaning!). Because of this, we were unable to start unpacking many of the boxes (including the kitchen). I will say, though, that they were very responsive when we asked why the drawers/cupboards had not been cleaned. A crew was sent out to the house to clean the drawers/cupboards that afternoon at no extra cost. | |Scheduling was a breeze by phone. The cleaning crew was very nice, but since none of them spoke English, it made it difficult to communicate about details of the cleaning. Pricing seemed reasonable.
