Description of Work: They were prompt and cleaned my entire home. I was very pleased with the quality of work they performed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: BCS did an amazing job. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future (likely quarterly). Note this is my first time using a cleaning service. | |Let's start off with the bad which really isn't much. I would get texts for BCS to come out same day or the next. I would decline and give them my availability the following 2 weeks. They would then call again to come out same day or next. This happened 2 times. We finalized a date and we initially settled for a 3pm appt time. A few texts afterwards they kept pushing the time another half hour finally stating they would be over between 5-5.30p. I asked for a call ahead when they were on their way but they ended up coming @4p with no call ahead (pet pieve of mine). Luckily I was home but I'm curious what would have happened if I wasn't. That's all for the "bad"... now let's get to the good! | |4 people arrived and I was told another 2 were coming when they were done with a home they were cleaning. As soon as they entered my home they went down to business! They started taking everything apart and cleaning everything. I stayed home in one of the rooms that I told them not to worry about. They stayed for 2.5hrs. At one point I walked out to see how it was coming along and was immediately impressed. My bathrooms sparkled like it was brand new. I was on the verge of really considering remodeling my bathroom but now it looks brand new! Windowsills were cleaned, all corners of the floors, baseboards, and more were clean. I also considered replacing my stove as I couldn't get it cleaned to the level I wanted to but they have it looking brand new! I'm really curious what their products are!!! I was really impressed that they moved my washer and dryer unit to clean behind it and pick up all the hangers (10+) that fell in the back over the years that I didn't care nor able to reach. | |They brought all their products and cleaning supplies. I simply had extra trash bags and paper towels that they requested. They took out all the trash at the end. They were amazing. I definitely plan to use them again. Yes language was a bit of a barrier with the others but the main person (Moses i think) was great.

Description of Work: Neglected to clean the kitchen counters or sink. They were gritty and tacky. I have no need for a cleaning company that only spot cleans a very small and empty condo. I should have taken the angry review more seriously.

Description of Work: It takes a while to get a response / call back from their main office but everyone I spoke to was very nice. The 4 person team showed up right at 730am as promised and stayed for 2 hours. As part of the 16 total hour deal, we worked it out to have them come back again (4 cleaners x 2hrs) in a couple of weeks. Despite the limited English they spoke, we were able to communicate my needs just fine. They took on a shower with pretty bad mildew and did a very good job. They did a little extra - including a pet bird cage, which I said wasn't necessary if they didn't want to or have time. It was a good overall experience.

Description of Work: Very good job with the exception of forgetting to dust the master bedroom and my daughters room. Also stained/damaged a small section of the wood floor under the oven door from the cleaning solution that was allowed to run down the door and pool on the floor below. In their defense I did not notice until the following day but by then the damage had been done.

Description of Work: Cleaning, when they actually show up, is mediocre. They no-showed on us 3 times, claiming due to "traffic". We hired them several times after the Angie's List purchase. On many sessions we noticed that they missed a few surfaces here and there or had brushed ceiling fan dust onto the clean bed sheets. Once I walked in on one of the cleaners standing on one of my upholstered dining chairs to clean the top of my refrigerator. I'll never hire them again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: I have used this company twice. They did a great job for a great price. Both times they had 5 people, so they were able to clean very quickly. My only complaint was no one spoke English so we couldn't communicate. And both times they were hours early. The problem with that was, I wasn't able to pick up all the clutter and toys off the floor/counters before they arrived. They were super nice about it and cleaned up the clutter for me. They also dusted the blinds and wiped down the cabinets. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Very good job cleaning. We were off on timing of when it would be done, but they did a very good job. We have them coming back on a regular basis now.
