Description of Work: We use Brazilian Cleaning Services. They come out every two weeks. They clean the house.

Description of Work: They did a massive cleaning. We had dust everywhere; in the kitchen they cleaned the interior of the cupboard. They came here and literally cleaned the place so we can put furniture back in. The carpets got cleaned. Almost like you were buying a new house and you called them to clean.

Description of Work: One of their employees broke a beautiful glass lamp shade, then lied about it, even though the floor under the daybed next to it was covered with shattered glass. The company claimed they would reimburse me for it, then never responded to my email or phone calls.

Description of Work: Did not arrive at the scheduled time. Scheduling is always painful with multiple reminders required.

Description of Work: It was impossible to get ahold of them, it took about two months. Once I finally did they were able to schedule me quickly and did an ok job. But not good enough that I would use them again, after it being so difficult to get ahold of them.

Description of Work: They did a good jib cleaning the house, but they did not show on the date they emails us, but they rescheduled within a few days to complete they work.

Description of Work: The Angie's List deal I purchased stated that they were to clean the refridgerator and the stove. This was not done. Plus, they did a shoddy job of cleaning the rest of the house. It was advertised as a deep cleaning and it did not come close to being a deep cleaning. The advertising for the deal was a misrepresentation and I should get my money refunded to me.

Description of Work: Two men and two women arrived on time on the scheduled day. They work efficiently and fluidly at all times. Spilled bucket of cleaning solution on carpet, but I had my carpet steam cleaner close by. Thank goodness. They cleaned all rooms sufficiently for the amount of time allotted. This was a promotional "big deal" purchase. |Positives: |fast, punctual, utilizing effective tools and equipment, thorough enough, respectful and pleasant personalities. |negatives: |left empty oven cleaner bottle in our parking lot. Would so appreciate if they would speak English amongst themselves. I always appreciate a cleaning crew that is appropriately and professionally dressed. This is a hard thing when you're dealing with warmer temperatures and when you're working so hard to do a good job. Some customers are old school, I am one of them that appreciates a more modestly dressed professional. We had a little trouble communicating through the e-mail system, however they responded quickly by telephone. | |*Overall this company seems to have their act together for the most part in my attitude has changed since my first exposure and experience with them. Although communication is a challenge, I have changed my original statement of probably never using them again to probably using them in the future. This is worth noting in my opinion.

Description of Work: There was a team of 4 and they quickly cleaned my house. They went above and beyond my expectations in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall very happy with the service.

Description of Work: They did a great job, did as promised. A bit of a language barrier, but it wasn't really a problem for this job. Only drawback was it took a few calls, and a rescheduling to get the service arranged, but they were very friendly throughout the process.
