Provider did a good job cleaning, for the price, I would have given then an A, however some furniture was not returned to original position, and 1 trash can was not emptied, and trash debris left in garage.cle

I am very pleased with the cleaning services today. The cleaners were very professional and did a great job. In fact, I will now continue with them every other week.

This crew was SO nice, neat, thorough, respectful. The cleaning skills are the best of the best! If anyone is worried about a language barrier- don't. these guys were incerdible. i wasnt there but my wife was completely blown away. we had a cleaning service in the past that was mediocre at best. We didnt realize how good a service could be. we will definetly be using them again many times. they were also in contact with us as far as their arrival time which was very helpful. they were courteous and professional and did an absolute great job on the entire house. its never looked better.

Brazilian Cleaners has been cleaning our house for over a year now and we are so very happy with their services. They are prompt and have been extremely flexible. We have a fairly large home and when they arrive the team arrives and gets right down to business cleaning all corners of our home. The team does a thorough job and is extremely reliable. On occasions when we had some last minute plans come up, the team has been willing to come by at odd hours and really helped us out.

Brazilian Cleaning Solutions is, well, in a word, AWESOME!! Have them come out and give you an estimate. They've been to my house once and now I'm a monthly customer. For those who want some details, here goes. I joined AL in May 2013 to specifically look for home improvement vendors/services. One of my top priorities was to search for housekeeping solutions. I've had services in the past and even a regular housekeeper (who had to retire because of a bad car accident). I came across BCS and read the reviews. Normally, as a rule, I compare at least three vendors. I sent an email and it was responded to within that day. We arranged for a time within 48 hours for someone to come out and give me an estimate. As we know, a "deep cleaning" is subjective, so I kind of went with that description for services that I desired. Pablo and a co-worker came that following Thursday to give me an estimate. First impression, before they even entered my home, off came their shoes. To me, that's a big deal. I don't like folks wearing their shoes in my house. When I saw that, I knew that they would respect my home. My house is about 1,400 sq. ft. minus the two bedrooms and Florida room. Which I didn't want cleaned, at least not yet. I showed them around my home. I have a main bathroom that I use instead of the en suite. Pablo translated (some of their team speaks Portuguese) that they would remove the horrible grout along my shower liner/tub and use silicone. I thought to myself great! Pablo let me know it would be $250.00, five workers for 3 hours. I thought that excessive, but that's not my expertise. So with that, they were able to get me on the schedule for the following Monday at 3:30. Great! That Monday, here they come! All 5 of them. They were about 10 minutes late, but I understand life happens. Had it been more than that without a phone call, that would have soured me a bit. I gave them the run of my house. I was in my Florida room out of their way. Every now and again I would glance into my house and see the flurry of activity. If these folks could touch It/move it, it was going to get cleaned. About an hour and a half in, I came inside just to cool off for a second and look around. Impressed. I told a colleague that they were coming. She's in the middle of a huge remodel and will need a great service when it's over. I texted her and let her know how pleased I was thus far. As an aside, if I recommend, folks listen. My standards and expectations are high, but that's what I pay for and expect. At the end of hour three, Pablo retrieves me and shows me around my home. Amazed!! They knocked my socks off and knocked it out the park. My main bathroom looks new. BCS definitely delivered and then some. This wonderful family takes supreme pride in their work and it showed and still shows!! I can't say it enough - you won't be disappointed.

They clean the entire house including 5 bedroom and 6 bathrooms every other week. They are responsible, trust worthy and thorough. Never have had a problem. Unlike most cleaning companies, I have had the same crew since 2010. They even send me a text mesage to let me know exactly when they will be arriving. They are very cooperative and understanding when a change is needed in the schedule whether it's due to an illiness, holidays, travel or even construction. Special requests are generally well received.
