They got gunk off the stove that we have never been able to get off and they made it look easy. That stood out, but of course they did a fantastic job on everything. They saw things and cleaned things that I didn't even notice were dirty until they were clean and sparkling. The entire house sparkled and smelled great when they were finished! When we move, we plan to call this company to help us maintain the new house for sure.

They cleaned all of the house. They did an excellent job. The bathrooms are sparkling. The kitchen looks the best since we've lived here (wasn't in the best shape when we moved in a little while ago). They dusted and vacuumed the entire house including the sofa. We were very pleased. We have hired them to clean every two weeks.

They were prompt and efficient. The crew who came each had designated tasks that they preformed very efficiently.I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning. I would absolutely hire the service again and have already recommended the serive to a neighbor.

I took advantage of the big deal and purchased a house cleaning with Brazilian Cleaning Solutions. Within two hours of my purchase I had an appointment time. The crew of four showed up exactly on time and didn't waste one second going to work on my house. Every surface was cleaned. Overall I am happy with the outcome.

After receiving an estimate, I have scheduled bi-monthly cleanings. So far, they have done a great job. I have used other cleaning services in the past, and I am impressed with their attention to detail. Scheduling is easy and they are professional. I hope this level of service continues in the future!

We are selling a home and needed it spotless for showings. These folks did an amazing job! They cleaned the shiwer, ovens, refrigerator, and all the usual cleaning. It never looked so good. We will surely use them again.

It went very well with Brazilian Cleaning Solutions. They've done two jobs for us so far. They did an absolutely superb job on it. We were very pleased and so subsequently, we have decided to have them be our regular housecleaning service. They've been back for their first routine cleaning of the house and then they'll be coming every other week to do that. They came out to make an estimate and we knew that the job was so big that it wouldn't be fair to them to pay them the $99 and of course they worked much longer and put much more time into it than what was covered by the deal. We have no complaints at all about the price that we negotiated with them for the service. We negotiated a very fair price for the deep cleaning so we were very satisfied. It was just very, very thorough. There was one time, on the initial cleaning where there was a little bit of mix up on the time but I will overlook that because after that, everything has gone okay. We had a little bit of punctuality problem on the initial contact but I would need to have more experience with them before I would want to grade them down on this area. I would have to be watchful to be sure that the initial problem doesn't recur. I think it was just an initial communication problem and they were a little bit late on the deep cleaning but I don't want to dock them on that because it may have been just a one-time thing. They were very punctual for the subsequent cleaning, they were right on time. I'm confident that that's not going to be an issue. They were very professional, very respectful of the home like when they come to the door they immediately take their shoes off, very polite and very nice to work with and to talk to. At the end of the job, they say "is everything okay?" before they leave so we really appreciate that.

They did a very good job. My kitchen was sparkling clean. They also moved furniture to vacuum hard to reach places.

Team of 3 came to the house at agreed upon time. They did an extremely thorough job in the allotted 3 hour time. This is a large house of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and every room was perfectly cleaned with extra touches that I was pleasantly surprised to find.

They were quite late but did a great job with the cleaning. Even my husband was impressed and he never notices anything!

First of all let me say we've used individual cleaning people in the past without great success so we haven't used a cleaning service in years. With the good reviews for Brazilian Cleaning Solutions I thought I would give them a shot. There was a small mix up on the cleaning date, not a big deal, we worked it out. A four person team arrived right on time ready to go. They asked me if there was anything special I wanted but I told them no since I wanted to see what they could do on their own. Long story short, they went above and beyond my expectations. They even stayed awhile past their stop time with out extra charge. I was quoted a monthly cleaning charge which was also fantastic. I still haven't decided to have a cleaning service on a regular basis but if I do Brazilian Cleaning Solutions will have my business.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. The people who came to clean were wonderful. My experience with the company itself was horrible. They said they sent me an email, which I could not find, when I called them to give me a time, because I was moving, and I needed them to clean after the movers went out. We arranged the time for the morning after the movers came. They called me the day before the movers came, which would have been the morning the movers were there. I said they could not be there when the movers were there, as there was no point. We went back and forth a few times, and they finally said they would be there and they arranged it on a Thursday at 10am. There was nobody there at 10:30 in the morning, and I was leaving state, so I called them, and they said that they should be there and they would call me back after checking. I waited 20 minutes, and nobody called me back, so I called them, and it went to voice mail. They didn't pick up the phone. So I called using my daughter's phone, and they answered immediately, so they were avoiding my call because it was within 30 seconds that I called them back. They said they would be there at 12 o' clock. They did't show up until 12.30. It was a completely empty town house, and they told me that it was going to be more than 6 man hours, but they did finish it in those many hours. I was moving and everything, and so it was very stressful. Whoever runs that or owns it is just horrible. The people who came to clean were phenomenal.

The crew of 4 arrived on time. They cleaned the kitchen, master bedroom & bath, and dusted and vacuumed the living room, dining room, stairs, and hall. The crew did a very nice job. I was very pleased with the rooms they were able to finish--the kitchen, master bedroom and bath all looked great! They were on site for about 1.5 hours. Too bad they weren't able to get to more of the house in the time I purchased.

A deep cleaning of a two story home including a large master bath and 1-1/2 additional baths was performed. The crew was very thorough and worked hard for 2-1/2 hours. They were very efficient and worked well as a team.

The crew was fantastic. They were fast and thorough. they did things I did not expect for $99.00. They wiped down the cabinets in the kitchen, scrubbed the microwave and were able to get some scratches off our porcelain sink that I thought would never buff out. They cleaned the ceiling fan and even tried to clean some of our large glass doors in the sunroom. I just had a baby and the thought of cleaning the soap scum off the shower glass doors was overwhelming to me. What a treat to walk into our 2 sparkling clean bathrooms. The next time we have guests come to stay, we will be using this crew. They were great and super nice.

We had just had a remodel in our house was full of dust. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied when they left. I'm sure they worked harder than they normally have to, but they never complained and smiled the entire time. Very impressed with professionalism and level of service.

On the first visit they had car problems and missed the appointment. We rescheduled, at that time they came out as scheduled and did a great job. We had them back on 9/18/13. Again, they were thorough, timely and courteous. We have scheduled them to come out every other week.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. Scheduling with them was a little bit difficult. They did a wonderful job. They called right away and they were very responsible. The work was beautiful. They did not charge me anything extra other than the big deal purchase.

They were great. All four people worked extremely hard and fast. House was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The crew even stayed longer than the deal required, to finish the job.

They did show up 30 minutes later then scheduled, however, the team of 4 went right to work. They consulted with me about any particular areas I wanted stressed. The deal was for 6 man hours of cleaning and they actually gave me a little more. My house hasn't been this clean since we bought it. I would definitely recommend Brazilian Cleaning Solutions to my friends and neighbors. I will use them again without a doubt.

They cleaned my empty rental property between tenants. It was left pretty dirty and they made it shine!

They were scheduled to clean my house and didn't show up. I called and got their voice mail. Approximately 45 minutes later, or about an hour and 5 minutes after they were supposed to be at my house, they called and said they had car trouble. I would not have minded if they had called me prior to me staying home from work, but no call really upset me. They didn't care that they wasted my time. I don't even know when they would have let me know if I didn't call first!

Brazilian Cleaning Service did exactly what you want cleaners to do: thoroughly clean your house, do it with care so that nothing gets damaged, and leave with it smelling and being clean. An added bonus is that the crew was incredibly pleasant and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they did. We even scheduled semi-weekly visits at the end of their first cleaning - that shows you how happy I was with their work!

They were very professional, and made sure that I was happy with their job after they were finished. Very personable and accommodating. I would strongly recommend them, and already recommended them to several co-workers!
