These guys were fantastic, they had 4 people clean my house top to bottom I had been in the ER that day and was not at home while the service was done, my son let them in and was there at the time. I came home to a completely cleaned house it totally did not look like my house, I will be hiring them again.

I bought a Big Deal on 11/22/2013. I filled the form out letting them know the dates and times that would work for us plus the fact that whatever time they told us they were coming they needed to be on time. I received an email from the company asking for our address and a phone number. I emailed both to them on 11/23. Never heard another word from them till on Thanksgiving morning I emailed and ask if they intended to come clean. We then left to go out of town. They text about 6:30pm asking if coming the next day would work. I text back that no it would not work. I text them that either 12/3 or 12/5 would work for us. They then text that they would be here at 7:30a on 12/5. I text back that we could work with that but they had to be on time because I had to leave the house by 7:40a. On 12/4 at 7:30a they text they would not be able to make it on time they were caught in traffic. Later that day 12/4 they text to ask if they could come on 12/10 at 7a. I text back were they sure they could get here that early and they replied they could. We got snow on the morning of 12/10 but I waited 45 min. to either have them show or at least text to let me know what they were doing. As of now 12/12 I have not heard a word from this company. I have ask for a refund. ADD: On 12/18/2013 this company did come to clean. Four people came for an hour and a half. They did a very good job. Everything was done very well. The only problem I would have with using this company again is their communication habits. Cleaning wise they do a great job.

They arrived in a timely manner and set straight to work. My kitchen is clean from top to bottom--appliances, countertops, floors, table. My bathrooms are cleaner than they have ever been---tub, showers, floors, fixtures. The house is vacuumed, dusted, polished and shined! I couldn't be more pleased! We will definitely be having them back!

it went great. they clean everything and do nice job. they let dogs in and out for me, let the grandkids get in their way, and have every intention of continuing this service on a regular basis. have no complaints to share, only compliments

They were a half hour late and they didn’t call me and I needed to cancel. They did come back and I didn’t care for their work as much as a different cleaning company that I’m now using and am more comfortable with.

They came and were fantastic. I will continue to use them.

It went well. Was satisfied with the work. Only thing they did not do was dust the picture frames.

The team was on time (on a snowy day) and pleasant. The team leader asked exactly what I wanted done and listened carefully as I explained. The team went straight to work and did a terrific job. Within two hours they had completed everything on my list and asked if I was satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

I scheduled it then a couple days later got a text that they would be there at a different time and date. I then responded and they changed it to the following day. I then said no again and stated when we agreed to the cleaning initially. I then told them that I was no longer interested. I then get another text (and at point realize I was "talking" with someone else who stated that the other person was not aware of our conversation. So I decided to give them another chance, as I really wanted this condo cleaned before I moved in. So we went back to the originally scheduled time. I arrived at the condo at that time we had scheduled and they were not there. I waited 20 minutes and then texted them. They got back to me by stating that they were delayed at their prior engagement - no message from them, no contact by them to let me know, etc. They stated that they could be there an hour later. I cancelled the service and told them that I would be rating them an F.

I bought this as a Deal on Angie's List and would definitely use Brazilian Cleaning Solutions again! I received an email from them shortly after purchasing the Deal to set up my cleaning session and someone called the day before to confirm my time. I had used another cleaning service from Angie's List so I expected Brazilian to cover the same main areas the other service cleaned for the same amount of time and workers. Wrong! Brazilian started cleaning in rooms I hadn't even 'picked up' yet b/c I didn't think they'd get to them! Brazilian vacuumed all my carpeted areas including stairs (other company didn't run a sweeper),washed a few main windows (other company charged extra), dusted everything, including all knick-knacks and every inch of my ceiling fan, cleaned both bathrooms top to bottom, thoroughly cleaned kitchen counters and cabinet fronts, pulled out furniture to dust, vacuum, and clean, and one worker was on his hands and knees to wash my kitchen floor! (Other company used a wet Swiffer-type thing.) The workers were all friendly and professional and each got right to work and worked hard. The only drawback was that they were 45 minutes late so I didn't get quite my entire 2 hrs in from my Deal, but it was close. (That and when I tried to call someone when I saw they were running late, I just got a voice mail.) But, I do live a distance out of the city and it was their first time here so I can't really hold that against them. I had another commitment/app't scheduled for what I thought was plenty of time after my original scheduled session with Brazilian---otherwise Brazilian being late would not have been a problem on any other day. |Overall, I definitely and highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

Was great: group arrived on time, focused on kitchen and baths as I'd wished but went beyond to do more of house; kitchen and bath well-done (I'd taken down art objects to make this more complete), while rest-of-house work -- dusting, sweeping, polishing -- was done thoroughly. I'd have them again, and am considering regularly cleaning by the group.

They were easy to work with over the phone setting up the service. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. They worked very hard and my house smelled wonderful when they were done.

They thoroughly cleaned all bathrooms and the kitchen. Cleaning oven, microwave stovetop, cabinets, floor, counters, etc. They also did a great job with the floors. I paid for 6 hours of cleaning which ended up being 1 1/2 hours for 4 people. They needed just a little more time and i went ahead and paid for an extra hour. I had no problem doing this since there was a lot to clean and they were working non stop. I actually have a better deal for them to come out regularly. They were kind, professional, and walked me through everything at the end.

The team of workers came in and after I showed them around, they immediately got to work. They had a great division of labor, with each person focused on different areas or tasks. They did a very deep cleaning of every surface and area. The bathrooms and kitchen are incredibly clean, as is everything else. We could not be more pleased.

Very hardworking , and conscientious People . We'll use them again.

They Cleaned Everything Upstairs, Appliances, Floors, Furniture, Windows, Counters, Bathrooms, Etc. They Did A Great Job And I Have Hired Them To Come Back.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It worked well. We have them coming back regularly. They come every 2 weeks. They have been here 4 times. We contracted with them for $120 every 2 weeks. They are normally on time. They are very polite. They do miss things. We have to advise them on what we want done that particular day. The curtains in the living and family rooms are heavy and we have to tell them to vacuum them on the top. They do dust all the windowsills. There are just little things that we have to remind them to do every once in a while. They don't move the sofa but they do move the chairs and vacuum. They do a very satisfactory job. We had one occasion where something got broken. It was just a little item that was less than $3. They brought it to our attention and didn't try to hide it. We've gotten prices from other people that were a little more but they do a little more than we have asked them to do.

We arranged to have our house cleaned, after we finished doing our 3 month kitchen remodel. They arrived and immediately went to work. They asked us if there were any areas that we specifically wished to be a focal point. We just requested a good general cleaning. We were very impressed with their no-nonsense work ethic. All cleaners were very polite, and genuinely seemed to care that the house looked great. We will be seeking their services in the future.

They did a good job minor concern they missed stovetop as it still had some grease on it.

They were friendly, accommodating and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone. They also quoted me very reasonable prices if I would decide to have them come on a regular basis.

They called me to let me know they were running a little behind schedule and when they showed up, I couldn't have cared less that they were late! I was thoroughly impressed with the job they did. I've already scheduled their services again and have referred all my friends to them!

Wonderful. Very professional and brought all their own products. I was so impressed I tipped them $100.

They arrived about 20 minutes late ,but other than that they showed up prepared to work ,it was about 6 people and they cleaned floors I have wood floors ,and they cleaned counter, ceiling fans light fixtures some windows and the sills.They completed the job within about 2 hours and I was very pleased with everything.I took some of their cards and I have told others about their work.
