They were professionals and did clean all areas that I wished cleaned. They worked hard the whole time they were here. I definitely would like to have them again. This was a special through Angies List so it might be alittle more expensive to have them back. I am thinking of doing it however. Would depend on how much more it would be. I definitely would recommend them for others to use.

They did a wonderful job in all areas of my home and actually stayed a bit longer than the time to which they committed. They were thorough, careful, and considerate. I will be using them again and would recommend them highly to others

If you're looking for a deep or detailed cleaning, I would not recommend the special that I had purchased. If you're looking for an all around quick-cleaning for a very reasonable price, this is your company. It was during Holiday season, so I can understand a delay in communication; however, I had to contact the company on multiple occasions to establish a day/time for the service. Lastly, they made a courtesy call saying they would be running late. It was appreciated, but made it very inconvenient for scheduling my day. Although not everyone spoke English, they were friendly and completed the job we requested. And they finished off with a nice Holiday card thanking me for the business.

Brazilian cleaners arrived very early in the morning with a team of five people! Each person had a specific job such as dusting or vacuuming. They have a unique system and moved about my home quickly and efficiently. The young lady who cleaned the kitchen was outstanding. She cleaned the microwave, oven, countertops and even did some high dusting. I was truly impressed the level of cleaning that was performed. I would gladly hire them again in a heartbeat.

I like them. In terms of being punctual and professional, they are not the best but for price and quality of service, they are amazing. I pay $150 per month for 6 hours of cleaning. If I used them more often, I would get a cheaper rate. I think it is the best price out there. I don't know what they use on the sink but it looks brand new. They clean the burners under the stove. It is amazing and that's why I went with them. I tried a lot of cleaners and I went with them so I must like them.

They were ever efficient & completed more tasks than I expected.

Overall the service provided was good and the responsiveness of the company to schedule was prompt. I had to give them low scores in "punctuality" and "professionalism", because they were an hour 1/2 late. I finally called after waiting close to an hour and they said they were just running late. Had they called me to let me know of their tardiness, I would have given better scores. Sorry, but that's just customer service 101...to communicate with your customers. Don't wait for the customer to call you.

Bought a coupon. Good job. Now have been our regular every two weeks cleaners for a while. Very pleased.

They are very prompt and the young man with whom I spoke was always very nice. However, I have had them clean my condo four times and they have become less and less committed to doing a good job each time. The first time was the special on Angie's list, everything was fine. The next time all my pictures were hanging lopsided and it didn't look like they did any thing to my couch and the magazines on my coffee table looked like they were just thrown there. Ok, so they are new at this. The third time they broke the lid off my new (brand new toilet installed in July 2013) toilet. What's more, they took the parts that would have been able to secure it. Thus I had to buy a new toilet seat lid. Plus when they dusted the pictures above my bed they left footprint indentations all over the bed. I had already made the bed which meant that was one job they didn't have to do, and I don't know why she/he stood on my bed to dust the pictures, plus again they were all crooked. I called and spoke to the nice young man who explained that it wouldn't happen again and he offered to pay for the toilet seat. OK so now it is the 4th time and this time, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT they used to wash my kitchen and hall floors, but it is so slick that I have fallen four times. When I came in Friday night I had a terrible spill. Then on Sunday night I fell in a different part of the hall. It feels like they used some sort of spray wax on it. I have never had this happen before and I am a rather patient person so I called and canceled my future cleanings.

Scheduling was a bit tricky. I received a text message from them stating that they would be at our house the next day, but had not communicated with anyone regarding our scheduling needs. After we got over that hurdle, everything was smooth sailing. They performed a general cleaning of our house.

It was very good. They did a good and excellent job.

6 hrs = 4 cleaners for 1.5 hrs. Started promptly at 7:30am and finished by 9am! Very organized and thorough. House was sparkling clean and smelled fresh. Broke a lightbulb and left on dresser-never mentioned it. Price seems high for what they do. May not use again because of cost. Had confusion with scheduling but it worked out after several text messages back and forth.

It was an exceptional and pleasent house cleaning. They were detailed and thorough. They cleaned the dishes in my sink, cleaned all the stainless steel, and even mopped 4 times to try to remove a stain! They cleaned all of dust thoughout the house and clean all surfaces. Some of the basics, but sometimes forgotten by the provider.

they have the correct phone number. it is impossible to have any dialogue with them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I bought the Big Deal in August but used it in November. They called me right away in August. to schedule but I wanted to wait. They were a little hard to reach in November, but then they had a last minute cancelation and called for later that day. First I had 3 people. Then 2 more came. Then another team finished somewhere else early and joined them. At one point I had about 9 people in the house cleaning. They did a good job and did extra areas I hadn't expected since there were so many of them. I was happy with the work but a little overwhelmed by having so many people I don't know in my house at the same time. I would use them again but would rather have one team the whole time. I know they were trying to accommodate my needs so I understand it for this time. They were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing.

Purchased a Big Deal. They were slow to respond to initially schedule. the first series of dates requested could not be met. we scheduled a second time, the teeam was late. I called the office requesting information regardingthe team arrival. I was informed that the team of three would not arrive until 5:00 which wa not acceptable. then they offered to send a team of 6 for one hour at 5:oo. I had never used this company and was not comfortable with 6 workers in my home for one hour and did not feel that they could doe a good job. Also the time was not a good time for my family. We rescheduled a third time and the team arrived a little early and set about their tasks. They cleaned our entire home: dusted blinds; cleaned ceiling fans; cleaned all the hardwood floors and baseboards; deep cleaned the bathrooms; and cleaned the kitchen including the oven. They consulted with me regarding what to use on the furniture on the furniture and hardwood floors. They were very courteous and professional. With the exception of the scheduling snafu, I was pleased with their work.

It went great. They made our home sparkle. We've hired other cleaning services through Angie's List coupons before, and the house never quite shined like when Brazilian Cleaning Solutions came to our home. Our sink looked new. They cleaned to burners on the stove. We hired them to continue cleaning once per month.

Clean kitchen and bath, vacuum house

The staff cleaned the upstairs which included two baths. The team was not only thorough but professional. A pleasant experience overall. Our only difficulties were in the scheduling process and general communication. A terrific bunch of people to work with on site!

They were due to arrive at 7:30 Wednesday morning and I had to call at 8:30 to find out where they were. They asked me if they could re-schedule and I couldn't as I was hosting Thanksgiving at my house. They left 20 mins early which is equivalent to an hour because they were a 3 person crew. I was disappointed with their idea of mopping. They attached a wet towel to the end of a broom and that's how they mopped the floor. I did like that they dusted the cob webs.

It was good. They did the basic housecleaning for me. The "Big Deal" was priced right but I don't think I'll use them in the future. The quote I got from them was a little pricey.

The cleaners came in and immediately swarmed all over, cleaning every room in my four bedroom home. The bathrooms just sparkle, and in the kitchen, they cleaned the oven, sink, top of refrigerator, everything! They even cleaned my very dirty blinds in all of the rooms. The floors were also taken care of, both carpet and tile. Very professional and hard-working. I can't wait to have them come again.

The four person crew was professional, thorough, pleasant, and efficient. Excellent job of completing all items listed in the original Angie's List offer that included cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, appliances, and overall dusting including moldings, blinds, and baseboards. They treated our home as if it was their own.

I had very high hopes for this group. It was a very reasonable estimate and the first time was tops I thought. Unfortunately, I discovered problems after they left. A heavy-duty back-pack vacuum cleaner had been used and I noticed that threads were pulled in the sofa and in the area rugs. When they arrived for the 2nd cleaning I brought the problem to their attention. Their suggestion was to use my vacuum cleaner. Instead, I asked then to use lighter pressure. Everything seemed to be fine. Then comes the 3rd cleaning. I wasn't able to be here but I'd given them a key. I don't know how many people were cleaning, but the appointment was for 1PM and when I got home at 215PM they were gone. I was surprised they gotten done so fast and sorely disappointed in what I found. The area rugs were snagged again; the backs of the handles of the appliances were not clean; whoever cleaned the bathroom left stuff stacked instead of returning to original location; countertops were streaky, etc etc etc. I paid the regular price, but got a very poor job. I don't like having to supervise cleaning people and feel my trust was abused.
